Four beautifully appointed en suite bedrooms above our award winning restaurant located in the centre of Helensburgh overlooking the Square. All rooms have en suite shower rooms with power showers. We also supply body wash and hand cream, towels and bath mats. The bedrooms are individually designed with luxurious fittings, a large flat screen TV and sound bar, room safe, hairdryer, full length mirror and individually controlled temperature settings. We offer complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. Situated above award winning Sugar Boat restaurant allows for easy access to the perfect meal to compliment your stay. We also have a Kitchen and Wine Store as part of the premises for you to enjoy.
DOGS - we happily welcome dogs at a fee of £15.00 per night (which includes use of a dog bed, treats and a bowl). Please advise us on arrival if you have not done so on booking.

Prices and Taxes - we are not registered for VAT
Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out - we require full payment for your first nights stay on check in. For stays of longer than 3 nights we will require for your account to be settled every 3 days.
Accessibility - as such our bedrooms are a conversion of a former flat above the restaurant and so are not suitable for guests in wheelchairs or with impaired mobility - we do not have a lift nor accessible bathrooms
Parking - there is a car park adjacent to the hotel where you can park free of charge overnight. At other times there is a 2 hour free period with the ability to top up for longer stays. This is operated by PayByPhone parking app and the car park is Sinclair Street - 807518
Hotel Events - we have a monthly DJ Night on the last Friday of the month - from 7pm - 11pm. As such the bar will be busy (all residents are most welcome to enjoy). Please ask us and we can advise on your room choice should there be availability.
