- Bookings once made cannot be changed or altered. Furthermore, booking amount is non refundable.
- For late check-in, guest must intimate to the Hotel.
- In case of no-show, there will be no-refund of the advance paid.

- One Extra person can be accommodated in the room (selected rooms only) upon prior intimation to us through email/Whatsapp.
- Extra Occupancy charges are without cot.
- Extra bed/cot is available at an additional cost and is subject to availability.
- All disputes are subject to Puri jurisdiction
- We will release the booking and not confirm if the deposit is not made within 2 hours of booking rooms. Upon sending the booking amount it is mandatory for the guest to send us the payment receipt through whatsapp or email, failing which booking will not be confirmed.
- All Covid-19 guidelines by Odisha/ Central Government to be strictly followed by guests.
- Room number and floor number to be provided at the time of check-in. However, the category of room is confirmed.
- We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the Hotel does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight/train/bus delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.
- Any communication will be replied only if received from your registered mail id or registered mobile number as per our record.
- Reservation will stand automatically canceled if you fail to occupy the room within 12 hrs from the scheduled check-in time.
- We do not entertain any bookings made by tour operators, travel agent or any third party.
- The Hotel shall not be liable in case of cancellation of air/bus/train by their respective authorities.
- In the event of no-show, a fee of one night’s room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged.
- Guests are not allowed to bring food and beverage from outside in the Hotel or order food from outside the Hotel.
- No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room. The Hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
- The Hotel takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.
- By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel’s Standard Terms and Conditions in respect of their reservation / stay at the Hotel.
- You further agree that the General Terms and Conditions as provided on the website www.hoteloceanview.in shall constitute the binding agreement between yourself and Hotel Ocean View in relation to any and all commercial arrangement including reservation, stay, payment, usage of facilities, etc. of whatsoever nature.
- The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Any damage to Hotel's Property by the guest will be charged double of the cost/buying price.
- AC's will not work during power failure/ load shedding.
