CANCELLATION POLICIES
- Reservations may be amended or cancelled up to 14 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival at the property without penalty.
- Any cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival including those due to illness or required to isolate are not eligible for refund unless the original dates of the reservation can be rebooked. A partial refund to the value collected from new reservations minus a $50 administration fee will be issued within 7 working days to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- All cancellation or change of date requests must be made via email to admin@tdrh.com.au and approved by hotel management, where automatic cancellation via software and online channels is not available.
- Please note if your reservation is not prepaid within 14 days of arrival it will be cancelled if we are unable to contact you and arrange payment within 24 hours.
- If a booking is cancelled or approved for amendment within 14 days or the scheduled arrival date the full reservation amount is due at the time of cancellation or prior to confirming changes to the reservation.
- In the event of Victorian government imposed lockdown reservations will be automatically cancelled and issued with a voucher to the amount of the reservation to be used for future stay. Vouchers are valid for the total dollar amount but are not reflective of the room type or days of stay.
- If a Victorian lockdown is not in affect however other government imposed travel restrictions such as border closures affect a guest reservation, guests will be required to contact us to confirm a cancellation and a voucher will be issued for a return stay.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in time is from 3 pm until 9.30pm. If you arrive before this time you are more than welcome to drop your bags off at reception, however may not be able to check in. Check in outside of these times may not be available, please advise our team via email or phone if you will be arriving late as contactless key pickup may be required.
- Previously purchased packages are subject to surcharges for room upgrades, separate bedding (where available) and additional guests as well as on weekends and/or peak periods at the discretion of the hotel.
- Previously purchased packages through Third Parties (Groupon etc) and including gift vouchers will not be honoured if no voucher is presented or details cannot be verified. Guests will need to present the voucher for validation upon arrival or confirm validation following booking. If no verification can be confirmed the full amount of the standard booking total will apply.
- No refunds will be given for any pre-purchased vouchers or inclusions that are not used during the stay.
- Smoking is permitted only on the balcony if you have reserved a room with balcony access. If additional cleaning of the room is required due to smoking inside the room an additional charge of $150.00 with be processed post check-out to the payment method used at the time of reservation.
PRICING- The prices are shown are per room per night and in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of all taxes for the numbers of persons and dates selected, unless otherwise indicated.
- All room rates include basic housekeeping, however if guests require fresh linens or beds to be made a request must be made to accommodation staff prior to 10am on the day the service is required and incur additional fees to be advised upon request.
- No substitutions, amendments or price matching is applicable after booking has been confirmed.
- All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individual over the age of 18. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal parent/guardian over 18 cannot produce current photo ID.
- Quotes and reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of the price, which will be subject to written advice on confirmation of the reservation.
EXTRA GUESTS, SERVICES & SURCHARGES
- The rates and packages listed are inclusive of up to two guests per room in shared bedding OR as otherwise stated, any more than two people sharing a room may incur a surcharge per person, per night to accommodate additional bedding, laundry and housekeeping where applicable, to be advised upon request.
- If two guests are sharing a room where separate bedding is required (where available) a nightly surcharge to accommodate additional bedding, laundry and housekeeping costs is applicable, pricing to be advised upon request.
- Infants or children (under 10) are accommodated free of charge in EXISTING queen size bedding when sharing with 1 or more adults if not requiring additional breakfast package, bedding, laundry or housekeeping. Where additional bedding is required and available a nightly surcharge to be advised upon request.
- Please note we do NOT have portable cots or bassinets on premises, should guests require the use of such items they are required to provide themselves for the duration of the stay.
