Terms and Conditions
We are happy to welcome you from 14.30 until 22.30,although it is possible to come here and drop the luggage from 12.00. Check-out time will be until 11.00, but you can leave here your luggage and come back later as well. The payment for the stay will be done upon arrival,please.
We want you to have a great time and enjoy to the most when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges.We like to take care of this house as if it was our own home, and we want our guests to do the same.
Enjoy to know other people and have passionate conversations all day long with moderate volume please, and especially from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the whole property goes into hush mode for what we like to call quiet time (or sleep time), so please respect that, thanks.
The hotel allows guests, only with prior permission, to receive occasional visits and special deliveries at the property, although we are not responsible for the packages or their contents, nor the storage of them.
