  • Shortened Stay – should you reserve for a certain number of days and leave before your departure date, you will be charged one night or 50% of the remaining balance, whichever is greater.
*Failure to cancel the reservation may result in the balance of the stay being charged if the room remains vacant for the period being held for you.Unfortunately there are no exceptions to these policies except when travel restrictions are imposed.
