Property and Cancelation Policies :
There are no charges if the reservation is canceled
- 15 days before the arrival date in low season
- 30 days before in high season
- 45 days before on all the dates indicated as festivities in our calendar.
There will be no refund of deposits for cancellations made within the periods indicated in the previous paragraph, but a certificate will be issued for future stays.
Certificate definition:
The non-refundable deposit for cancellation within the stipulated period benefits from a hosting certificate on account for a future stay for a period of one year (in normal time) and two years (during the pandemic). This certificate may be transferable, as long as the beneficiary authorizes its use in writing before the hotel. No-Shows and last minute cancellations will not enjoy this benefit.
Special policies in festivals:
1. During dates published as holidays, they will be considered last minute and will only reach certification for 1 year, even in a pandemic.
2. Last minute cancellations will be penalized with the total charge of your stay (Those made within a period of less than 30 days). For a 6 month certificate.

GENERAL

RATES
- Rates published on the website of Boutique Hotel Casa Cid de León are valued per night of stay.
- Promotional or special rates are valid only when booking online at www.hotelcasaciddeleon.com.mx
- Once agreed, prices published in US dollars (USD) are exchanged into national currency (MXN).
- All rates include VAT and tourist taxes as well as government taxes.
- Details of room rates are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change from January to July.
DEPOSIT GUARANTEE
On dates indicated on our page such as festivities and bridges, the usual 50% withholding will be made at the time of making the reservation and once personal contact with the guest is made, through their express authorization, the other 50% will be charged to confirm your reservation.
Due to the small number of our rooms, in addition to the 100% payment expressly authorized by the client, in scheduled seasons such as holidays and long weekends, a minimum period of more than 45 days is also required to cancel, thus allowing us to possibility of recovering the sale without prejudice to the fact that any client who has booked from any platform or directly with the hotel is issued a transferable occupancy certificate, deferred to two years due to a pandemic, with a price guarantee during that period.
To access the promotional discount for last minute and walk-in reservations, a deposit of 100% of the stay is required when booking from websites. In the walk-in without prior reservation, the payment of your stay can be made at the time of your arrival.
In both high and low scheduled seasons, only a deposit of 50% of the stay is required, reserving from any platform or directly with the hotel. The advance deposit must be sent to boutique hotel casa cid de león with a copy to our email or whatsapp and will be charged at the time of making your reservation. The remaining balance must be settled directly at the hotel, the day of your arrival.

RESERVATIONS

- The hotel requires reservations prior to your arrival.
- Reservations are considered confirmed only with a Guarantee Deposit.
- Doubts regarding reservations are not confirmed automatically, but individually with a response within 15 business days before your arrival.
- The rate of this reservation is confirmed according to the number of guests indicated in this confirmation. Any increase or decrease in the number of guests may cause a change in the rate.
- All reservations have breakfast included per person and per day, extra breakfast for the number of people registered in the reservation has an additional cost.
- In case of early departure to the confirmed dates, the hotel reserves the right to charge the rest of the unused nights. Please ask at reception what the corresponding charge would be.

- A Deposit Guarantee (includes room rate, VAT and service fees) is required at the time of confirming your reservation.
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY
- Confirmation of change to any reservation is subject to availability of the desired room.
- Boutique Hotel Casa Cid de León reserves the right to charge your credit card with a cancellation fee equal to the number of nights reserved.

- A full charge will be applied to no-shows and cancellations made on the day of confirmed entry, of which a certificate will be issued subject to review by the administration to be valid.
- A full charge will apply to last minute accommodations.
- The cancellation policy is not valid for special non-refundable promotions.
HOTEL SERVICES
