Phelps Lakeview Lodge is a 10 unit complex nestled in the heart of the beautiful Nicolet National Forest on the edge of downtown Phelps, Wisconsin. We have 5 King sized beds and 5 Double Queen sized beds. All of our rooms come with beautiful rustic furniture, 65" digital LED TV's, air conditioners, coffee bars, refrigerator and microwave. We also have full access outdoor sitting/viewing area that has numerous chairs and tables, and charcoal grills. Our property also has Lake access allowing our boaters and fishermen to keep their boats on the water! Our lodge has direct access to the ATV and Snowmobile trails of Vilas County.

Property and Cancelation Policies :

Phelps Lakeview Lodge requires a 50% deposit at the time time of the room reservation. No refunds will be given on deposits for cancelled room reservations. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or arrive before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

Pricing and Taxes:
Pricing for all rooms does not include tax. Guest knows and understands the pricing is room rate plus applicable state and local taxes

Payment and Terms
Phelps Lakeview Lodge requires a 50% deposit on all room rate and 100% deposit on all rental equipment. Service contracts and insurance on rentals will be billed in person at time of check out for all rental equipment.
Remaining charges and fees beyond the deposit will be charged at check-out.

Pet Policy:
Phelps Lakeview Lodge is a pet friendly hotel, but all guests must disclose how many (no more than 2) and what kind of pet they are bringing prior to arrival. Any pets left in the room unattended must be kept in a guest supplied crate.
Furthermore we only have 4 rooms reserved for pets as others may have allergies to dander. If you bring a pet and did not disclose it prior to arrival be prepared to pay an additional $200 per pet per night or be refused service entirely.
