Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Upon confirmation of booking, we will charge 50% as the deposit - the remaining 50% will be charged 7 days prior to your check-in date
- Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to the check-in date for a full refund of the nightly rate, minus the Agritourism Administrative Fee
- Reservations moved within 8-14 days of check-in date are considered non-cancellable
- No changes can be made to a reservation within 7 days of check-in date (includes requests to move dates or shorten stay)
- Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 14 days of check-in date
- Full balance of the stay will be charged for reservations cancelled within 7 days of the check-in date
Terms and Conditions
- Check-in: 3:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
- Checkout: 11:00 a.m.
- Not designed for infants and toddlers - parents should be aware of burn risks with fireplaces and fall risks with ladders and stairs
- No smoking inside, ashtrays are located outside your accommodation
- No pets on the property please for safety reasons
- No parties or events, unless approved by Glen Oro Events Team and Management
- I will be charged accordingly for the following: smoking in a guest room, excessive debris removal and/or damage to the guest room
- I will be charged for hosting a party or event at Glen Oro without prior approval by Glen Oro Events Team and Management
- I agree that my liability for this bill and all charges associated with the reservation are not waived and I agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or group fails to pay the full amount of charges
- Standard credit card authorization policies vary from bank to bank, and can take up to 10 business days to release
