Terms and Conditions
This is a non-smoking apartment. No parties and no pets are allowed in the apartments.
Penalty charges:
- Smoking (including electronic devices) - 300 euros
- Smoke detector removed - 300 euros
- Disturbing the peace - 200 euros
- Violation of house rules (pets, parties, etc.) - 150 euros
- Heating installed on MAX when no one is in the studio or when the windows are open - 100 euros
- Entering the house with dirty work shoes (for fitters) - 100 euros
- Non confirmed late check-out up to 4 hours - 50 euros
- Non confirmed late check-out from 4 hours - daily price
- Dirty dishes left (if there is no dishwasher), food peaces left - 50 euros
- Garbage left (so that garbage separation and disposal is necessary) - 50 euros
- More people staying than booked - 15 euros for each extra guest per night
