Property and Cancelation Policies :
A two-week notice of cancellation or change is required, prior to arrival. When 14 days notice is received, deposits are refunded, less a $20 cancellation fee per room. Cancellations made with less than two-weeks notice will not receive a refund. If the reservation stay is shortened with less than two weeks notice, guests may be held responsible for the full amount of the additional nights. Reservations made within two weeks of arrival do not have the option of cancellation.
Inclement Weather: There are no refunds due to inclement weather.
Terms and Conditions
PETS:
The Aspen Inn is very pet-friendly and requires that all pets be declared upon check-in. There is a $20/pet fee, maximum two pets per room. Pet fees are due upon check-in. Undeclared pets will result in an automatic $50 charge.
PARKING:
The Aspen Inn is a small complex. All guest parking is free and convenient to the accommodations.
