Terms and Conditions
TERMS OF USE
1. Hotel Standard Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
2. 30% down payment shall be made upon confirming the reservation. Please note that it is STRICLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
Payments shall be made through Cash, Gcash or Bank transfer.
3. Cancellation of bookings the day before the booked date or No-Show, and Amendment Policy: The 70% of the remaining amount will be paid.
4. Group Cancellation (5 rooms and above): Group cancellation made 15 days prior to the arrival date shall incur cancellation
charges.
5. Upon check-in, the guest will be required to pay a security deposit of P1,000, and the same amount will be given back to the
guest upon check-out.
6. All the resort VILLAS are good for 4 persons ONLY and maximum of 6. Our ARCH HOUSES 1 AND 6 are good for 2
persons ONLY and maximum of 4, while our ARCH HOUSES 2,3,4,5,7 and 8 are good for 2 persons ONLY and
maximum of 3. Every extra person will be charged for P2,500. However, a different rate will be applied if the extra persons is
aged 0 to 10 years old, PWD, and Senior Citizen. Children aged 5 years old and below will be free of charge, 6-9 years old
will have a 50% discount, and PWD and Senior Citizen will have a 20% discount.
7. Please note that ONLY ONE discount (Children aged 0-5 and 6-9, or PWD, or Senior Citizen) Will be applied per booking
8. All standard policies pertaining to hotel/hospitality industry are applicable.
STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. It is mandatory for guest to present a Valid ID at the time of check-in.
2. The resort reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absences of a valid identification document.
3. KAVANAH Haven Resort STRICTLY PROHIBITS bringing of food Packages and Alcohol Beverages and soft drinks are also
HIGHLY DISCOURAGED inside the resort.
4. Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or any change.
5. The resort reserves the right to send the guest away from the resort due to their conduct and behavior or for any safety and
security reasons.
6. All the assets and valuables of the resort should by duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged and destroyed.
