Payment and Taxes: Reservations will be confirmed by a credit card prepayment of your first night stay plus taxes. Please note that this amount is non-refundable. The remaining balance of your stay plus taxes is collected upon your arrival at the hotel, and you may use a different credit card or pay this amount in cash, US dollars or local currency. (Local taxes: 15% IVA and 2% INTUR) Please note: We will apply an additional 5% fee for payment by credit card to cover additional bank charges. Breakfast: All rooms include a continental breakfast, served daily, 7:30 AM-10:00 AM. Other breakfast items on the menu have prices indicated. Lunch and dinner items have prices listed on their respective menus. These items can be paid at check-out. Smoking: All bedroom and inside areas of the hotel are no-smoking. I.D. Requirement and Minors: Everyone that enters the hotel for the first time is required to show a photograph I.D. / Passport with proof of age. We are required to keep a photocopy of this I.D. on file for all persons who enter. We do not allow anyone under 18 years of age onto the premises unless they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anybody.Damage or Loss: Please note that the credit card on file will be used to cover any breakage or damage occurring during your stay.
