Cancellation Policies:
- Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged a deposit fee of one night stay plus tax.- If cancellation is made within 24 hours of arrival, the deposit fee will be 50% of total reservation cost, or one-night stay plus tax, whichever is greater.
- If renting multiple rooms (even under different names), or renting during a holiday, cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged a deposit fee of one night stay (per room) plus tax.
- No visitors, other than registered guests, are permitted on the property.
- Refunds will not be issued for leaving earlier than the agreed departure date, unless there is a severe weather warning or event.
- In case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
- Additional fees will be assessed for early check ins/late check outs, and damage to resort property.
- Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom accommodations include one parking space near the room and one space in the additional lot nearby. There is a $30 fee for a third vehicle.
- Ragged Edge Resort & Marina reserves the right to cancel any and all reservations at our discretion.
- No pets allowed. Any evidence of pet(s) on resort property or in a guest’s room will result in a $100 cleaning fee per day charged to the guest account. Any guest found with pet(s) in their room will be asked to leave the property immediately. “Service animals” are allowed with proper documentation.

Standard internet service is complimentary and suitable for emailing and social networking. Guest Wi-Fi is not meant for streaming or gaming.Smoking Policy
The resort is 100% smoke free. There are smoking areas available outside of the buildings. A $200 per day cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside the resort rooms. Please refrain from smoking at the pool area.Negligence Policy:
If a complaint occurs due to disorderly conduct, unlawful activities, repeated noise complaints, or negligence on the property or the rooms, the guests may be evicted and/or acquire additional fees to their account. Refunds will not be issued for evicted guests. The cost of damages will be charged to the registered guests credit card. No visitors are allowed on-site.At check-in, the provided credit card will be authorized for the amount of $200 to cover possible incidentals and/or damages. The funds will be released at check-out after assessing for any damages/incidentals. Ragged Edge Resort & Marina reserved the right to charge the credit card for the amount of any damages/incidentals. The release of authorized funds may take up to 7 business days to be released by your financial institution. Ragged Edge Resort & Marina will not be held responsible for any resulting fees.
