Property and Cancelation Policies :
o If cancellation is made within 24 hours of arrival, the deposit fee will be 50% of total reservation cost, or one-night stay plus tax, whichever is greater.
o If renting multiple rooms (even under different names), or renting during a holiday, cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged a deposit fee of one night stay (per room) plus tax.
o In case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
Additional fees will be assessed for early check ins/late check outs, and damage to resort property.
o Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom accommodations include one parking space near the room and one space in the additional lot nearby. There is a $30 fee for a third vehicle.
