- Free cancellation or modification is available up to 30 days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the cost of the first two weeks will be charged.
- For cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival, the cost of the full month will be charged.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the cost of the first night.
- If cancelled within 1 day of arrival, the cost of the entire stay will be charged.

We love animals and have cats, dogs and chickens ourselves. You are welcome to bring your pet. Keep in mind however that your pet is your responsibility. We expect you to act if your pet starts to fight others and require a reimbursement in case of destroyed property.
