Prices and taxes: our prices are established, any discount is by prior agreement. Taxes are a mandatory payment in the rate, it will always be specified if the rate includes taxes.
Cancellations: there are different cancellation policies. When you check in and pay for your reservation, you no longer have a refund for any cancellation or withdrawal from the hotel.
Payment conditions: to make your reservation you must make an advance payment of 50% of the total amount. Full payment is always made at check-in and if you extend your stay, payment must be made at the time reception is notified. For additional purchases the amount is charged to the room account and is canceled at the end of the day or at the end of the stay.
Check-in and check-out: The hotel has an established time to enter and leave. Check in is from 2:00 p.m. so you must wait until that time to receive your room. Check out is until 12:00 p.m. At the time of check out, the room will be received to verify that things are not forgotten in the room and that everything is in order.
Staying with minors: Children aged 3 years and older are counted as an additional guest. It is of utmost importance that parents monitor and look after their children at all times during their stay.
Accessibility or special needs: if you need an additional service or any requirement, you can make your request at reception.
Parking: we have private and free parking for our guests. Our parking lot has two rows for vehicles, in which case we offer valet parking service to move it if necessary, so it is optional to leave the key at reception.
Problem resolution: for any situation that may arise, the Suites and Apartments team has a protocol to follow.
Use of personal information: the information provided to the hotel will be handled with the greatest discretion, both personal data and card data provided.
Responsibility: the hotel is not responsible for situations that occur outside the establishment.
Force majeure events: in the event of a force majeure event, the procedure will be followed according to the indicated protocol.
Accommodation: the rooms have a defined number of people, if you want to enter an additional person to those established, you must pay an additional $15.00 per person, and the surcharge will be made to the room.
Conduct: smoking is completely prohibited inside the rooms. The sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited. Prudent behavior must be maintained in the common areas of the hotel, out of respect for other guests and children present there.
