Holiday Motel

Check In and CheckOut: 
Check in is from 4pm and check out is before 11am. Earlycheck in or late check out may be available subject to availability. You must be at least 18years old to make a reservation with us. Anyone under 18 is permitted to stayin the hotel providing a parent or guardian (of 18 years or over) is alsostaying in the room. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of agein order to enforce this policy.

Valid ID and Credit/Debit Card must be presented at the time of Check In- We reserve the right to hold up to $50 USD until the time of check out -assuming there are no damages to the room we will release the amount held, orcharge further for damages incurred.

Pets: We welcome your furry companion.  A pet fee (per pet - limit two) will be applied to your reservation.


Your Right to Cancel:
The cancellation policy varies depending onthe type of rate you have booked and the method of booking. Please refer toyour original booking confirmation for details. Any cancellation request shouldbe made via your original method of booking, for example through the websiteused to make your booking or via the phone to the hotel if you made yourbooking directly with the hotel.

Our Right to Cancel:
We may cancel your reservation if an eventoutside of our control (including but not limited to industrial action, staffand/or guest health epidemic, explosion, fire, flooding, failure of powerand/or water supplies or emergency evacuation) means that we are unable to makeyour room available to you. In this case we will contact you to let you know assoon as possible and:

• If you have already paid for your room, we will refund your payment to you.
• If you have not yet paid for your room, you will not have to make any payment to us.

Smoking:
Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes) is not permitted in any hotel otherthan in the designated smoking areas outside of the hotel. You must not smokein any of our hotel rooms or public areas or interfere with our fire detectionsystems. If you do so, this will be regarded as a breach of the terms andconditions of your stay. Smoking in hotel rooms or public areas will result ina $250 fine. We also reserve the right to terminate your booking and chargeyour payment card with: (1) the cost of specialist cleaning, (2) repair orreplacement of fire detection equipment, (3) the cost of the room for anyperiod it is unusable, and (4) our administrative expenses.

Room Keys:
All room keys must be returned to us on checkout.  If a key is not returned, has been lost or has been damaged, we maycharge you for a replacement key and/or lock as required.  In the eventthat a key is not returned after check out we request you to contact the hotelto make arrangements for keys to be returned.

Theft & Willful Damage:
The removal of any item from your hotel roomwithout authorization or the intentional damage to a hotel room is a breach ofthe terms and conditions of your stay and a criminal offence. If you remove anyitems from your hotel room or willfully damage the hotel room, this will beregarded as a breach of the terms and conditions of your stay. We reserve theright to terminate your booking, contact the police and charge your paymentcard with: (1) the cost of replacing any removed item(s), (2) the cost of repairingthe room where damaged, (3) the cost of the room for any period it is unusable,and (4) our administrative expenses. We may also instruct a third party torecover these costs on our behalf.

For Safety & Security Reasons.
Guests must not:

• Use any electrical appliances that may set off the fire alarm system, such as toasters, rice cookers, mini cookers or portable grills.
• Tamper with or cover any fire alarms or emergency equipment.
• Cover any electrical heaters so as to create a risk of fire.
• Store items (personal or otherwise) which could cause damage to the room, or be a risk to the health and safety of our other guests, staff or property.
• Prevent us (including our maintenance and housekeeping staff) from accessing your room(s) as and when we reasonably require. We reserve the right to change your room allocation at any point during your stay for any reason.
• Remove, damage or destroy any of our property.
• Use any WiFi connection to download or access any unlawful, offensive, or obscene material.
• Cause any disturbance to our other guests or staff; or act in a manner which we determine to be indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, illegal or otherwise objectionable.
• Smoke anywhere inside any Holiday Motel premises.

If youor your group cause damage or loss of any kind to the hotel or other guests ortheir property, you (as the person making the booking) will be responsible forthat damage or loss and you shall be liable to pay to Holiday Motel on demandthe amount required to make good or remedy such damage or loss. If you or yourgroup cause damage to the hotel, other guests or their property, or otherwisebreach any of these terms and conditions,  Holiday Motel reserves theright to:

• Cancel your reservation(s) with immediate effect and (if appropriate) eject you from our premises.
• Restrict access to the hotel and main amenity building.
• Remove your items from the room and hotel and dispose of such items (at no cost and no liability) to a local charity to the extent such items are not collected from us within 14 days of the day of check-out.
• Retain all sums paid by you and/or charge you the full amount of your reservation.
• Refuse or cancel future reservations from you; and/or refuse you entry or accommodation at any of our hotels.

Holiday Motel reserves the rightto decline or cancel reservations made and stays in progress by those who havepreviously breached these terms and conditions (as may be updated from time totime), whether the reservation is in that name or not. Holiday Motel willnot be liable for any refund or compensation in any of the above circumstances.
