Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Prepayment for the reservation will be collected at any type, please note, prepayment is typically collected immediately after the booking is made
In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
- If the guest cancels more than 24 hours in advance of the local check-in time, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest MUST send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: thebogart@luxurban.com - All cancellations will be confirmed via email

Terms and Conditions
Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation and the person whose name is on the credit card must be present at the time of check-in. A valid government-issued ID of the same person will be required to complete the check-in process. A credit card must be presented at check-in for incidentals.
Payment Policy
The total price of the reservation will be charged after booking.
Security Deposit
At check-in, all guests are required to provide a security deposit to cover any incidental charges during their stay. The security deposit will be taken as a hold on the guest's credit card, and the amount of the hold will be $150. The security deposit will be released upon check-out, provided there are no outstanding charges or damages to the room. Credit card holds released by the hotel may take up to 5 business days to be released to the guest's account. In some cases, such as for international travelers, the hold may take up to 20 days to be released due to processing times.
Smoking Policy
I agree to NOT smoke inside the building or my assigned room, or allow my guests to smoke inside the building or assigned room. This includes tobacco, marijuana, vapes, or any other type of smoking product as well as use of illegal drugs. I understand that violating this policy will result in fines of up to $700. I understand that if I am suspected of smoking anywhere inside the building, the Police Department will be called to investigate our room. If the authorities are called to investigate any allegations related to the foregoing, in entering into this agreement with CorpHousing Group, I consent to the appropriate authorities inspecting the property I have rented to determine whether any illegal conduct has occurred, and/or to ensure the safety of the guests.
