Fox Acres offers guest lodging on property. Each room has either two queen beds or one king bed, a mini-fridge, microwave, walk-in shower and a private balcony.
Guests are able to include the use of our The Fox Den, a community room near the others. Inside The Fox Den is a full sized refrigerator, microwave, and large TV along with living room furniture. The Fox Den has a tranquil deck to sit out on and enjoy the scenery. The Deck also has a propane grill (propane provided) for grilling food. The Fox Den can be rented exclusively for your group, based on availability, for $100/day.
Cancellations made 14 days prior to check in date will receive 100% refund.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to check in date will receive 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days prior of check in will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in will not receive a refund.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in the Club Rooms. Service dogs may be allowed once the owners alert the staff know what specifically the Service Dog is trained to do. Emotional support animals are not covered under Service Animal provisions. If you are found to have a pet in the room without screening from the staff, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged to your account.
Smoking Policy
Smoking inside of the Club Rooms is expressly prohibited. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged to your account if the room smells of cigarettes or marijuana.
Terms and Conditions
All Club Room rentals are subject to sales taxes of 3.5% and is payable by the guests.
Payment for Club Room rentals is due in full in order to complete the reservation. Please see our posted cancellation policy for reservations.
Any charges accrued during your stay are due in full upon checking out.
We do not offer any cribs or other style beds for young children.
We do offer handicap accessible accommodations, please inquire with staff during the reservation process.
Each cabin has it's own designated parking spots. Please do not leave any food or beverages in your vehicle overnight as we do live in bear country here in Red Feather Lakes.
