Terms and Conditions
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM, Check out time: 11:00 AM
- Front Desk Hours- Monday to Sunday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Manager on duty isavailable on WhatsApp +1(721) 586-1522. If your check-in or checkout is outside these hours you must advise prior to check-in so we can accommodate you.
- Payment is due in full at time of check-in.
- Cancellation seven days prior to arrival day is penalty free/ full refund for individual bookings only. The cost of one-day penalty plus tax for late cancellations. Early check-out is subject to the cost of two days penalty plus tax. Group bookings are subject to additional restrictions.
- Kindly observe quit hour after 8 pm till 8
- Guests must be 21 years of age to register.
- Guests are responsible for any damages to your room or furnishings during your stay.
- All guest are required to make a deposit of $100 to cover any damage to the rooms either by cash orcredit card. If rooms are returned in a good state the cash deposit will be returned and credit card holdremoved. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for damage.
- The hotel is not responsible for guest's items, a safe is provided in each room.
- Hotel guests are asked to respect the non-smoking policy. The entire property is non-smoking. A penaltyof $500 is applicable for smoking on the property.
- For security reasons, it is not permitted to use appliances. The exceptions are razors, curling irons, andpersonal computers.
- It is not allowed to leave children (younger than 15 years) in the room unattended. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children in all areas of the hotel.
- Dogs and other pets/animals are not allowed.
- When leaving the room, guests are asked to close all water taps, turn off the lights, turn off the televisionand close windows.
- Keys must be returned at check-out to the front desk in order not to be charged the deposit. If the frontdesk is closed open the exit doors then leave keys in the room. Guest are required to check-out on time.The hotel reserves the right to remove guest(s) items from the room at guest(s) cost if checkout time is notcomplied with.
- Kindly refrain from any acts that endanger yourself/other guests/staff/property or are against the laws ofcountry St. Maarten.We kindly ask all guests to comply with above regulations.
