In case of cancellation or change, please notify us at least 5 days prior to your arrival date, otherwise we will assume the value of 100% paid in advance of your stay, as a NO-SHOW penalty. If your departure is anticipated to the reserved date, the hotel will charge 100% of the value of your reservation including taxes. To extend your stay at the hotel, remember to check availability in advance.On special dates, such as city events, the hotel may request full payment of your reservation at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation for that important date.

If you enter at unusual hours (where there is no hotel staff) present this information the next day, prior to your departure.- To start your day Casa Medallo offers you an American breakfast from Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Additionally, in the kitchen, you have coffee and aromatic amenities from our hotel house.- We have a laundry washing and drying service, with a cost of $3USD or $15,000 Cop each service. For your comfort, coordination is done with the person in charge of managing the hotel. Tampering with equipment by guests is not permitted.- We have an iron and ironing table. You can request it if you require it.- If during your stay you do not wish to tidy up your room since you do not wish to be disturbed, you must report it in advance or use the notice that you find in your room by placing it in the lock on the outside of your room (daily cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, laying down bed and garbage collection).- When your stay is longer than 7 days, general cleaning is carried out which includes, in addition to the above, changing bed linen, shaking and washing the bathroom.- For garbage, you have a trash can inside the room and in the bathroom. Please do not throw papers, sanitary towels, condoms, or any foreign item in the toilet as it may become clogged and cause discomfort for you, the guests.- To dry your towels, you have a rope inside the bathroom that you can extend. Please do not spread chairs, tables or beds on the balcony. You can also use the clothes hooks that are in the closet. If you need more, request them from the person in charge of the hotel.- In the common areas, refrain from playing music and/or making noise from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. the next day, in order not to disturb the tranquility of the guests staying at the hotel.- This room is a smoke-free space. If you require it, you have an outdoor area at the back of the house that can be used for smokers if other guests do not mind.- Minors who are not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not allowed to enter for any reason.- In our commitment to the environment, we ask you to turn off the air conditioning, lights and television when leaving the room.INSIDE THE MEDALLO HOUSE IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED.Prostitution, exploitation of minors and development of illegal acts. Consumption of drugs. Party inside the hotel. Pet ownership. Making annoying noises, causing altercations and in general any act that disturbs or inconveniences other guests.
