INTERNAL REGULATION JOINT COWORKING HOTEL - LEGAL REGIME. The relationships that occur due to the hosting services with the clients of this establishment will be governed by commercial legislation and additionally by the applicable civil legislation, as well as the Law for the Operation of Commercial Establishments and NOM-010-TUR-2001 . These provisions are considered mandatory, known and accepted by the customer and will apply in addition to the common uses and practices that govern the matter. The establishment has in view of the guests in each room the present regulation, being its obligatory fulfillment for both the company and the guests, even if the guest has not signed it in their own hand. REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE GUEST. The guest has the indisputable obligation to register himself and all his companions by personally filling out the registration card and time established by this establishment. Likewise, the guest is obliged to provide the company with the identification documents necessary for registration. The company reserves the right to deny accommodation to anyone who does not meet this requirement. LODGING TIME. The guest, in accordance with the company, will specify at the time of booking the number of days they will be staying at the hotel. The unit of time in the accommodation contract is considered as the time of a day whose expiration is set at 11:00 am each day. If the guest wishes to extend his departure date, he must inform the Reception no later than 1 hour before departure time. The extension of the stay is subject to availability and rate changes. GUEST OBLIGATIONS. Fee payment. It is the guest's obligation to promptly settle the amount of the account caused in the negotiation when required by the hotel. The rate of the lodging service is fixed in view of the public in the Reception area. The guest can guarantee payment to the hotel by means of a voucher from a credit card accepted by the hotel. If the guest does not vacate the room as established in point 3, he agrees to pay the entire rate for an extra night, even if he only occupies it for a moment. The lack of payment by the guest when required by the company, causes the termination of the accommodation contract and the establishment may use the public force to carry out the vacating of the room, being able to retain all the personal items of the guest contained in the room as a guarantee of payment as provided in article 2669 of the Federal Civil Code by means of a detailed and photographic inventory of the belongings with the signature of two or more hotel employees. Regardless of the above, the guest acknowledges that the non-payment of the accommodation fee, in accordance with the provisions of articles 230 and 231, fr. IV of the Penal Code, makes you incur a crime. OTHER OBLIGATIONS. It is strictly forbidden for guests: A) to make annoying noises, provoke altercations, introduce musicians (or put on music) or perform any act that disturbs other guests. B) use the rooms for any illegal activity or that disrupts public order. C) use the electrical current and the instruments installed in the room for purposes other than those for which they are intended. The use of flat irons, curling irons / hair straighteners, dryers and other appliances that could cause a fire are strictly prohibited. D) deteriorate the furniture, decoration or goods of the negotiation giving them an improper use of their service. Execute any act that causes damage or prejudice to the hotel or other guests. The company reserves the right to terminate the accommodation contract when the aforementioned prohibitions are violated without the causing guest having the right to a reduction or refund of the debt for the services received, being obliged to pay or compensation for the damages that cause your proceeding. In case of forgetting to leave the key or losing it, the guest accepts the charge to his credit card in the amount of $ 300 MXN. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. Guests may not host more people than those determined as maximum occupancy by the hotel. In no way can people who have not been registered and, if there are changes in the people, it is the guest's responsibility to notify the reception in a timely manner.It is the obligation of the guests to notify the establishment of any contagious disease or illness, death, infractions or crimes that occur within the hotel.OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOTEL. The company does not authorize access to the occupied rooms of any person who has not been previously and explicitly authorized by the client and, in any case, reserves the right not to allow visits from other people in the room. People who represent the company or provide services inherent to the accommodation, will have free access to the occupied rooms. The visits, inspection records and other procedures that the authorities intend to carry out within the rooms in compliance with their functions will be carried out under the strictest adherence to constitutional guarantees.The establishment has taken all the security measures in accordance with Civil Protection for the prevention of fires or accidents.The guest agrees to be recorded by the security cameras and photographed for the company's dissemination purposes.When the guest makes use of the parking lot of the The hotel is obliged to park correctly in the designated place and, if there is some kind of accident, notify the reception. The guest denies this establishment of any responsibility related to their vehicle.The hotel is not responsible for the quality and price of the services provided by people outside this establishment within its business as a hotel, such as: transportation services , tourist tours, medical service and any other person who is not registered in the hotel's payroll.The person who decides to be absent for a period of more than 24 hours from the hotel and keep the rented room at their disposal must meet the total amount of the rent in advance . Once this period has elapsed without the corresponding payment being made, the hotel will proceed under articles 3 and 4 of these regulations. In case of not having written notification from the guest and after 24 hours of absence, the accommodation contract may be terminated, releasing the hotel from any responsibility.LUGGAGE AS GUARANTEE. The luggage and other goods that guests bring into the establishment will be considered the property of the person who performs the registration and may respond to any debt for lodging or any additional consumption or service. All these assets may be retained by the hotel as a pledge by negotiation in accordance with the principle cited in Article 4 of this regulation and, where appropriate, execute the pledge after 30 days from the date on which it should have been paid the account through its sale with an authorized public broker.RESERVATIONS. The "room reservation" constitutes a preparatory accommodation contract that is perfected when the negotiation accepts and confirms the guest's request in writing and the guest ratifies his request, complying with the obligations made unless otherwise agreed. It is understood as necessary requirements for the completion of the reservation act: the deposit in advance of the amount of the accommodation and under the conditions established by the hotel. The deposit is considered made once the hotel has received the deposit. CANCELLATIONS. Reservation cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy that the guest accepts at the time of booking. Regular bookings may cancel without penalty up to 24 hours before arrival. Cancellations less than 24 hours before arrival, or no-shows forfeit the first night cost. Special cancellation terms apply to "non-refundable" or "price-matching" stays (50% refund within 7 days of arrival), holiday periods (0% refund within 7 days of arrival) and to last-minute bookings (0% refund). Cancellations of Long-Term stays (28 days or more) may result in 0% refund or additional charges to the guest due to length-of-stay discounts.
