Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit is require on all reservations. Cancellations made more than 45 days in advance will receive a full refund. Guest are responsible for all days reserved regardless of early departure or late arrival. Full payment is due before occupancy. All units are housekeeping units and are furnished with bed linens, bathroom towels, and toilet paper. Kitchen units have a stove/oven, refrigerator, basic supply of pots and pans, plates, cups, flatware, coffeemaker, toaster and microwave. All units have charcoal grill and picnic table outside the door. High chairs are available upon request.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. and check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
ALL OF OUR UNITS ARE SMOKE FREE. THERE WILL BE A $250 CLEANING FEE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE IF A UNIT HAS BEEN SMOKED IN. THIS INCLUDES VAPING AS WELL
You will be given 2 keys for your unit. There will be a $25 fee for each key that is not returned to the office upon check out.
Well-behaved pets are welcome but must be kept quiet and on a leash. Pet fees: Maximum of 2 dogs under 35 pounds. $20 per night per pet plus tax.
Guests are permitted to have visitors provided they are registered with the office. If the visitors wish to use the beach, there will be a $5.00 per person per day.
What you should bring, Pool and Beach Towels, Bath soap, coffee, alarm clocks, BBQ tools, beach chairs and toys if desired.
The Pool hours are 9 AM to 10 PM Guests are responsible for all children as there is no lifeguard on duty at either the pool or the beach.
Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am through out the resort.
