Our common area includes a TV room with cable andNetflix. Common areas also include WIFI, terraces with sitting areas, games forchildren, nautical games, bar, restaurant, and swimming pool.According to the country's tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners whostay in Peru more than 59 days) are subject to 18% VAT. To be exempt from this18% fee, you must present your passport and a copy of the immigration card.Both documents are needed to be exempt from paying this tax. If the 2 documentsare not presented, the tax must be paid.
Accommodation rates are per night, perroom and / or person depending on hotel occupancy. An extra charge will beapplied per additional person. The maximum capacity of people will depend onthe type of room reserved. To confirm your reservation, you must make a 50%deposit. Once you have made a deposit you will receive an email confirming yourreservation.
COVID-19: We have implemented new safety and health protocols to be able tobetter serve our guests. All guests will be required to go through a securityprocess upon entry which will include a temperature measurement, disinfectionof footwear and hands, as well as filling out an electronic registration formand an attached statement indicating that you have not had symptoms or testedpositive for Covid within the last 15 days.
You can reschedule your reservation without penalty a minimum of 5 days beforeyour scheduled arrival by contacting the hotel via email or by calling (+51)943542473. Otherwise, we will charge you a percentage of the deposit made toour account. There are no returns and / or refunds. Some promotions or specialrates may not allow cancelations. Please read the conditions of any promotioncarefully. In the event that a guest does not arrive on the confirmed check-in date,the guest will be charged for the total number of nights and rooms reserved. Thereservation will be honored until 12:00 pm on the day after the scheduled arrivaldate, subject to availability. Modifications to a reservation, includingreducing the length of stay must be done 72 hours or more in advance. Otherwise, a penalty percentage will becharged. In the event that you would like to extend your stay, it is possibleto do so based on the hotel's occupancy.

A baby less than one (01) year may be included at no cost. When making a reservation please indicate who will be staying with you,including all children. If you will require additional beds (available at anadditional cost), please make this request when you are making your reservationas not all rooms will be able to accommodate additional beds.
