Property and Cancelation Policies :
- A deposit equal to 25% of the grand total is collected at the time of booking.
- Guest may cancel for a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee, as long as the cancellation date is more than 90 days prior to check-in.
- Another 25% of the grand total will be collected 90 days prior to check-in. Your credit card will be charged automatically at that time and all payments will become non-refundable.
- The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Your credit card will be charged automatically at that time and all payments will be non-refundable if you subsequently cancel the reservation.
- Credit card processing charges incurred by The Ridge At Glacier will be withheld from guest refunds. These charges are typically 3% to 4% of the refund amount.
Terms and Conditions
- Prices shown are for the nightly room rate. The grand total includes cleaning fees and sales taxes.
- Guest authorizes The Ridge At Glacier to place a $300 hold on their credit card in case of property damage. If no damage occurs, the hold will be lifted within 14 days after check out. If actual damage occurs, guest will be charged for the cost of repairs or replacements up to a maximum of $300.
- Free parking is provided for two vehicles at each cabin.
- Minimum age to make a booking reservation is 25 years unless you receive prior approval from The Ridge. You may be asked to provide proof of age at time of check-in.
