BOOKINGS
The 20% of the value of the pack will be charge at the time of booking - a deposit to grantee your spot - This value its no-refundable.
You will receive a confirmation of the booking in our email.
This value of the deposit its no refundable and its a packs with activities and this value its essencial to guarantee the spots.
For Reservations No-Refundable - will be charge the total amount at the time of the booking.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS & LACK OF APPEARANCE
For request a cancellation must be sent in via e-mail info@surfriders.pt , please note that we only considered the date that we recive the email.

- 30 days before Check in date = No refund
Please note that in case of Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, or in case of no-show at the Hotel (No-Show), the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Please note that the total amount of the stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking .
DEPOSIT RESERVATION AND GUARANTEE
In order to secure all bookings, please note that 60 days before arrival 50% of the total stay its no refundable.
If the reservation is canceled after this period, the same amount will be kept as cancellation fee.
Please be advised that in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival, or in case of no-show, will be charged the full amount.
No Refundable Policie
For Reservations No-Refundable - will be charge the total amount at the time of the booking.
Not allowed modifications or changes to the reservation.
Terms and Conditions
Type of Villas
If you make a reservation for 2 guests for a villa with couple beds - we will make only a couple bed - if for any reason you wish have a couple bed and a single bed in living room for the 2 guests pelse let us know when you make the resevtion :)
We have a lot of friends who rent our villas and want to sleep separated - one person in the room and other in the living room - no extra charge for this.
Tourism Tax
To all adults, the tourist fee is charged per guest per night up to a maximum of 7 nights.This value have to be paid in cash at check in. Tourist tax: 1,01 per person per night - between 1 November to 30 April and € 2,02 per person per night - between 1 May and 31 October.This amount will not be added to your invoice until you pay your remaining balance at check-in.
PETS
Pets are not allowed since we have a lot of group activities and comunal spaces at the property.
SMOKERS
Smoking is not allowed inside the villas. Guests are welcome to smoke in the garden - outdoor spaces.
OTHER
Minimum age for check in is 18 years.
At check in, we ask for a identication document or passport.
The check-in day its on Sundays for all the packages.
All participants must complete a booking form and sign a term of responsibility at the check in.
Parents or guardians must sign a term of responsibility for participants who are under 18 years of age.
We do not accept any liability for any loss caused by failure to complete the terms of responsibility/enrolment form.
In the case of a group booking, the person submitting the booking form accepts responsibility for payment for everyone listed on it and ensures that all other persons listed on the booking form are aware of our Terms & Conditions.
FOR THE PACKAGES - ADULTS ONLY: PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 16 ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT FROM OUR MANAGEMENT.
Force majeure:
We cannot accept any liability where the booking could not be fulfilled due to circumstances which we could not, even with due care, have foreseen or avoided. Such events may include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, pandemic, natural disaster, fire, act of god, terrorist activities, technical problems with transportation, flight cancellations, closures of airports, ports and/or ferries, quarantine, epidemics, weather conditions, government action or other events outside our control.

All bookings are subject to availability and Surf Riders & Co Ericeira reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion.
Guest behaviour:
Any guest(s) who, in the opinion of our staff, compromise the comfort, safety or security of other guests or any staff - will be requested to leave the retreats premises and will only be offered a refund at our discretion. Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff and property. In the case of groups, the group leaders must ensure that all members of their group behave in an acceptable manner and follow local laws. Failure of any individual group member to do so will result in the expulsion of the whole group without refund.
