Experience our completely renovated and generously proportioned vacation home. We are located with just a block from the downtown Carlsbad Village, and with only steps to the sandy beach/beach access. Walk to local village boutiques, cafes, restaurants and the train station.

Your vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at it’s finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. This upper floor unit is in a twenty-one unit, garden low rise apartment building. The complex has a total of three, two story buildings surrounded by beautifully landscaped courtyard and grounds as well as an inviting swimming pool and BBQ area that boasts two natural gas, stainless steel BBQ grills, all of which are conveniently located at the center of the complex.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
CANCELLATION and/or RESERVATION CHANGES: If you cancel 60 days or more before the arrival date, you will receive a full refund if the full payment has been made. For cancellations between 30 and 60 days before arrival, the reserving party is responsible for paying 50% of the total cost of the stay, and 50% of the total cost will be refunded if fully paid. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

LONG-TERM RENTAL POLICY: The Long-Term Rental Payment Policy applies to all reservations of 30 nights or more. A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total cost is required to reserve the property. An additional 40% of the total cost is due at least 120 days before the check-in date, and the remaining 50% is due at least 90 days before the check-in date, both of which are non-refundable once paid.  

LONG-TERM CANCELLATION POLICY:  The Long-Term Rental Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations of 30 nights or more. The Reservation Deposit is not refundable - 10% of the total cost of the stay.  If the cancellation is made more than 90 days before the arrival date the reserving party is responsible for paying 40% of the total cost of the stay, and 40% of the total cost of the stay is refundable if fully paid. Monies are not refundable if the cancellation is made less than 90 days before the arrival date.  
Terms and Conditions

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION: By paying the initial reservation charge, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation at our discretion if the information provided is suspected to be false or incomplete

PAYMENT: For short-term stays, payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. All reservations require a credit card on file. To reserve the property, 50% of the total cost is due upfront, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the check-in date. Once the reservation is confirmed, the card on file will be automatically charged according to these payment terms. For long-term stays, payments must be made via ACH or personal check.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary occupant must be at least 21 years of age, or be accompanied by someone 21 or older.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Check-in begins after 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Front door codes will not be activated until 4:00 PM. Early check-ins and late check-outs require prior approval and may incur additional fees. The primary reserving party must be present at check-in and provide a government-issued ID or passport that matches the credit card on file. The entry code will be provided after verification.

OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy must not exceed the limit set by local ordinances. The reserving party is responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms by all occupants and guests. Violations of these provisions will result in the immediate termination of the stay without a refund. Parties, special events, and weddings are prohibited on the premises. The reserving party is liable for any damage to the unit or its contents during the stay.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL: To avoid plumbing issues, please only dispose of toilet paper in the toilet and avoid placing fibrous or inappropriate materials in the garbage disposal.

SECURITY DEPOSIT/DAMAGE INSURANCE: A $500 damage deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded within seven days of departure, provided no damage or missing items are found. In the event of damage or loss, the cost will be deducted from the deposit or charged to the credit card on file.

RATE CHANGES: Rates are subject to change, but the rate at the time of booking will be honored. Additional nights will be charged at the current rate based on availability.PARKING: One designated parking space is provided per unit. Please park only in the assigned space.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. A $250 fee will be charged to the credit card on file or deducted from the security deposit if smoking is detected in the unit.

PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with appropriate documentation. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of pet hair or odor in the unit.

FIRE PIT: The courtyard fire pit is a gas unit. No paper or combustible materials should be placed in the fire pit. Children must be supervised around the fire pit at all times.

SWIMMING POOL HOURS: The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Use of the pool is at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times. Glass, diving, and beach toys are prohibited in the pool area.

NOISE ORDINANCES: Local noise ordinances must be observed, especially after 10:00 PM. Violations may result in the immediate termination of occupancy without a refund.

LOST ITEMS: If the forgotten items are found, and you request their return, a $25 service fee will be charged in addition to the shipping costs.

LIABILITY WAIVER: The property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings. The reserving party, occupants, and guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless from any claims arising from their stay.

FURNITURE AND ACCESSORIES: All furniture must remain in the unit, and any provided equipment must be used only for its intended purpose. The reserving party will be charged for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Service technicians may need access to the unit for repairs or maintenance.

ACTS OF GOD: No refunds or accommodations will be provided for events caused by weather or other Acts of God. If an evacuation occurs, compliance is mandatory, and any unused portion of the stay is non-refundable. 

Failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws may result in termination of occupancy without a refund. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement and can only be modified in writing. Renters may not assign or transfer this agreement. You agree to fully indemnify and hold us harmless from any liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense that may arise as a result of your acceptance of this reservation. This agreement is governed by and construed by the laws of the State of California.
