The Gallery Inn is a stunning 22 room boutique hotel that sits high aloft Old San Juan's north wall, commanding sensuous Atlantic Ocean breezes and gorgeous views over the entire San Juan Bay and mountainous central regions of Puerto Rico. Brick patios, antique arches, ausubo beams, and a multitude of sculptured fountains are among the Inn’s many charming architectural details. 19 glorious gardens and 5 active art studios are tucked away amongst the beautifully appointed guest rooms, all with Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Rooms are artistically scattered through 7 juxtaposed levels, resembling more of a historic museum than a hotel. Guests are encouraged to explore the 17th century mansion to find their own nook of tranquility. Prepayment: The first night of your stay is charged as deposit at the time of your reservation. The remaining balance is charged 4 days before arrival. Cancel the reservation 5 days prior to arrival and forfeit only the first night's deposit. Full payment will be charged to your credit card when you book this hotel. All charges in USD.
- Six (6) days before check-in date: Guest can cancel free of charge and first night deposit will be refunded.*
- Five (5) days before check-in date, first night deposit is retained and is non-refundable.*
- Four (4) days or less before check-in: full payment of stay is retained and is non-refundable.*
- Any partial hotel stays is subject to be charged for the full reservations amount.

Our front desk is staffed from 9am in the morning until 10pm. We are available to accommodate your arrangements if you have a late flight. If you booked a NON-REFUNDABLE rate, your reservation is non-refundable. No exceptions. The total price of the non-refundable reservation will be charged at the time of booking.
We are located on Norzagaray St. at the corner with San Justo. Right in between the San Cristobal Castle and El Morro Fort. We DO NOT have an exterior sign. Look for a corner green building with a driveway right on San Justo St corner. Our entrance can be identified by a six-foot African Queen sculpture and a brown wooden gate.
Most rooms have only one bed. Please call us at 787-722-1808 with any questions.
Guest rooms are priced for 2 guests only. Additional guests may be subject to $45 per night plus tax fee subject to availability.
Due to our limited front entrance space, we only have 3 parking spots at $40 per night when it's available. We do NOT reserve parking as this is an overnight parking fee. No in-and-out privileges. First come first serve. Feel free to pull up to our driveway to unload and complete the check-in process. Starting December 2016 - parking is restricted for Old San Juan residents .There is a minimum $250.00 penalty for non-residents parking in historic Old San Juan in posted permitted areas. Parking is available in Old San Juan at different parking garages for a fee. It is highly recommended to walk during your stay in Old San Juan as parking can be challenging. Old San Juan is a bustling historic town full of nightlife and tourist landmarks.
Pet Policy: We only allow small dogs under 5 lbs. They must remain in a kennel during their stay. There is a fee of a $100 deposit plus $40 per night additional. The $100 deposit will be returned upon room inspection and it is determined there is no damage incurred.
