CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations occurring more than 30 days before your arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations occurring 7 - 29 days before your arrival date will incur a 15% penalty of the entire stay. Cancellations occurring within 7 days before your arrival date, Cancellations on the day of your arrival or no shows to your reservation will be subject to the full cost of your stay.

CHECK-IN + CHECK-OUT:

Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Late check-outs must be arranged in advance, are subject to availability, and will incur a $100 fee for inn rooms and $250 fee for the cottages. If you are planning on checking in after 5 PM or checking out before 8 AM, please contact us to confirm special arrangements. We do our best to accommodate special requests for early check-ins but they are subject to availability. Early arrivals are welcome to enjoy the common areas.

HOUSEKEEPING

We do not offer turn-over service as a default. For guests that are staying more than one night, if you would like turn-over service please request while checking-in or in advance of your stay. We have a small team and cannot always accommodate the request.

PET POLICY

We welcome well-behaved dogs under 50 pounds with advanced notice, as not all of our rooms are pet-friendly. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $35 for the main lodge rooms and $135 for cottages. Dogs must be on a leash at all times within the building and furnished porch areas. Please, crate your dog if you plan to leave them unattended in the room. We cannot accommodate cats or other pets. We reserve the right to charge your credit card up to $200 for any pet-related damages caused to our property.
