Terms and Conditions
When you make your booking with Sapphire Seas Beachfront Hotel and we have received the required deposit taken by debit or credit card to secure your booking, a legally binding contract exists between us that is non-cancellable and non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances. You may still remain liable to paying full or part for the booking, even if you are unable to take your holiday.
Even where you have not paid in full at the time of cancellation you will remain liable for full or partial cost without 7 days prior notice.
If for some reason you do need to cancel, it is important that you tell us at the first opportunity so that we may attempt to re-let your room/rooms and minimize your loss. We do recommend you take out cancellation insurance to protect yourself against any possible loss.
If you are able to give 7 days prior notice for cancellation so as not to incur any cancellation fees this must be done in writing via email. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by return email. Please do not consider your booking cancelled until you receive our confirmation.
If you do not cancel and fail to arrive for your stay with us you agree that the sum of your booked vacation will be debited from your credit/debit card in full and final settlement.
We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would, however, attempt to offer you an alternative accommodation. If this was not possible or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all money paid by you for the holiday. Except in exceptional circumstances, our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Security, Information and Confidentiality:
We follow strict security procedures in the storage and handling of information which your have provided us. This is to prevent unauthorized access to unlawful processing of your personal information.
Sapphire Seas Beachfront Hotel will not share your personal information with anyone else. We will keep your information
confidential except where disclosure is required by law.
Damage or Removal of Hotel Property:
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost to recover any damage caused by negligent or reckless acts to Sapphire Seas Beachfront Hotel property. Inclusive of the guest room and or any public area on the property. Should this damage only be discovered once the guest has checked out of our hotel, we reserve the right to discuss this via phone and or email directly with the guest and charge his or her credit/debit card for the damage/s. Should a credit/debit card not be in place we will send an invoice via email. We will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items removed from the premises belonging to Sapphire Seas Beachfront Hotel property without our consent. The charge will be the full replacement value of the missing item, including any carrier charges. This charge would be applied to the guests credit/debit card. Should a credit/debit card not be in place we will send an invoice via email.
If a guest or guests member of your party behaves in a way that causes continual disturbance, danger, or upset or distress to a third party or to the hotel or property, we reserve the right to act immediately in the best interest of the 3rd party or hotel and guest property to terminate his or her stay and request that the person or persons leave the hotel immediately. No refunds or return travel arrangements will be made, nor will we be held responsible to pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of this termination.
Smoking is not permitted at ANY time in any of the guest rooms. Please be mindful of other guests when smoking in any common areas of the hotel.
No Diving is permitted. Our swimming pool is NOT Lifeguarded. Please be careful and swim at your own risk.
