- If you cancel outside of this window, you don't show up or leave before your check out date, the total amount of the reservation will be charged and no refunds will be given.
- Reservations on High Season or with a Non Refundable Rate cannot be cancelled or modified and don't have refunds.
- There will be a 10% administrative fee on approved refunds. If your payment has been issued an invoice, an additional 22% of taxes cannot be refunded.
