Property and Cancellation Policies :
- Cancellation & Deposit Policy is stated as such :
- A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations of two (2) nights or longer. The remaining balance is due on the day of your arrival.
- For a one (1) night stay, payment is due in full at time of booking.
- Cancellations of a one-night stay reservation at any time will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total amount of the reservation, up to a maximum of $150. Any remaining amount over $150 will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days.
- Cancelling 30 days or less from your arrival date will result in forfeit of your deposit. Any additional amount paid over the required 50% deposit will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days.
- Cancelling 30 days or more from your arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to the amount of your first night stay plus tax, up to a maximum of $150. The remainder of your deposit will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days.
- There are no refunds for unused portions of your reservation.
- Hurricanes are an unfortunate reality for the Gulf Coast. If a named hurricane is tracking to Southwest Florida and evacuation orders are issued, we will apply a credit for a future stay for any unused portion of a reservation after check-in occurs. If the storm is down graded to a Tropical Storm or if no evacuation orders are issued, our stated cancellation policy applies. Please feel free to purchase travel insurance for your trip via a third party vendor at your own expense should you be traveling to our area during hurricane season.
Terms and Conditions
- Check-in time is 3 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability at an additional cost.
- Check-out time is 10 am. Late check-out is subject to availability at an additional cost.
- Pets are welcome and must be accounted for. Pet fees will be collected upon check-in.
- Fresh towels & linens are available daily.
- Maid service is available upon request at an additional cost.
- A $10 fee per person may be added for parties over two or for any unannounced increase in room occupancy. Children under 12 are free but must be accounted for on your reservation request. Please notify the office when you have a change in the number of room guests.
- There is no smoking of any kind allowed in any rooms or common areas of the Motel. There will be a $250 fee added to your reservation for any smoke damages to our property including smoke odors in rooms.
- Peak season rates apply for holidays with a three night minimum stay required.
- There is on-site parking for one vehicle per room. Trailers and second car parking is subject to availability. Please call the office ahead of time.
- Boat docking is limited and subject to availability for an additional fee. Please call the office ahead of time.
