Reservations require a valid credit card (Visa, American Express or MasterCard), email and mobile phone number. Haley Hotel will not accept check payments. Guests are able to pay cash at the time of arrival. A valid government issued identification is required at check-in. Guest presenting identification for check-in must be authorized on the reservation to check-in.
Guests must be 18 years or older to book a reservation.
We will do our best to honor your room and bed type preferences based on availability at the time of stay. Please note that room and bed type preferences are not a guarantee. There is a maximum of 5 rooms per person per credit card limit.
Advance purchased (non-refundable) rates require a full deposit of room and tax at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Advance purchased rates will not be canceled or modified. These modifications include date changes and shortening or lengthening of stays.
Hotel check-in is at 4:00 p.m. PST. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. PST. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request. Additional fees may apply.
Reservations that are NOT Advance purchased (non-refundable) rates must be canceled 72 hours prior arrival - 4:00 p.m. PST to avoid a charge of room booking and tax. (Hotel's discretion)

A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. Your method of payment will be authorized for the length of stay - nightly rates plus taxes with an additional incidental amount. The final amount of your stay will post at check-out.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you consent that Haley Hotel may use the payment you have provided at the time of check-in, for the total amount of your stay plus an additional amount for incidentals. You are liable for any and all charges posted to your room(s). You are further liable for all damages (including missing items) to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees or pets during your stay. Should your plans require you to adjust your departure date, please check with the Front Desk on room availability, but note that your rate is subject to change and fees may apply. Haley Hotel is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for violations including but not limited to: damaged/stained linen, furniture, fixtures, electronics & more.

Pet Policy:
There is a daily pet fee for guests staying with an animal at Haley Hotel. The pet fee amount may be changed at the discretion of Haley Hotel. Haley Hotel will honor reservations booked at a previous price. Haley Hotel may request presentation of quoted pet fee price, along with written confirmation of the original reservation. Service Animals are exempt from these fees as required by law this does not include emotional support animals. As a Haley Hotel guest you are responsible for any and all of your property including your pets. If the Haley Hotel is not made aware of pet upon check in there will be a $50 per pet per night. However, damages ascertained as a result of any guest or animal behavior are not exempt from fees or charges. Furthermore, It is the animal's owner's sole responsibility to "animal-proof" any areas of the room and/or property to which the animal has access. This includes thoroughly inspecting fences, gates, latches, doors and other devices (including crates) meant to contain the pet or restrict access to specific areas. Haley Hotel does not assume responsibility and has no liability for any injuries the pet may sustain or property damage the pet may cause while in its own home/property. It is expressly understood that Haley Hotel shall not be held responsible for any damage to guest’s property, or that of others, caused by guest’s animals during the period in which they are in its care.
