Latitude 26 Waterfront Boutique Resort - Bonita Springs is perched on Little Hickory Bay, less than 1 mile from beautiful Barefoot Beach! We are located right on the water with a dock and proudly offer complimentary use of kayaks, paddle boards, and bicycles, and fishing poles for you to enjoy and explore during your stay! Our terrace and dock area have sun loungers, a waterfront fire table, BBQ grills, and a plunge pool available for use. The plunge pool can also be used as a hot tub and overlooks the waterfront. Complimentary continental breakfast is served every morning at our waterfront bar. All rooms are non-smoking, have a fresh beach décor style, 50 inch smart TV's, free Wi-Fi internet, and many have electric blue fireplaces. Each room has air conditioning, a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Some rooms have a private balcony. Tropical music plays throughout the property for good vibes! This is the ultimate starting point for exploring Bonita Springs and the surrounding Southwest Florida area. Property and Cancelation Policies :
The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival.
Terms and Conditions
Toddlers 3 and under stay for free when using an available crib. Children 12 and under stay free when using an available rollaway bed. People 13 and up stay for USD $50.00 per person, per stay when using an available rollaway bed. Rollaway bed availability is first come first serve and is not guaranteed for any reservation. Guests use of amenities such as the pool, kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles, fishing poles, BBQ grills, and waterfront fire tables is complimentary, Latitude 26 assumes no liability for their use. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Wi-Fi Internet is available in all areas on property and is free of charge. Free private parking is included for 1 vehicle per room. Continental breakfast is included with reservation and is served from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM. Minimum age to reserve is 25. Reserving a room for someone underage is not permitted. Please bring valid photo ID for identity verification purposes. Guests aren't required to pay security deposit unless paying cash, then USD $200.00 cash deposit is required. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning. We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Discover. A credit card surcharge may be applied. Reservation name and credit card name must match for identity verification purposes or reservation may be cancelled at the discretion of resort staff. Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of USD $15.00 and may take up to 30 days to receive. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Our property has a strict policy of 'No Smoking' and 'No Pets'. If you are found to be in violation of either of these, you will be assessed at minimum a USD $250.00 fee.
