Property and Cancelation Policies :
- No refund and No Cancellation will be allowed for PROMO | SALE RATES.
- However Rebook 14 days prior to arrival date will be allowed. Rate difference shall apply depending on the rebooked dates and room type.
- Rebooking is allowed up to (1) one time within 6 months from original Date of Arrival. Subject to same room type and availability. Any price difference incurred from published rate will be added on.
- In the event that one (1) of the registered guest has contracted COVID-19 as shown in his/her RTPCR Test (proof needed) prior to his/her flight departure. We shall allow rebooking on his/her assigned room only.
- Force Majeure: In the case of force majeure leading to flight or ship cancellation, booking is rebookable ; NOT REFUNDABLE. Rebooking allowed up to (1) one time within 6 months from original Date of Arrival. Subject to same room type and availability. Any price difference incurred from published rate will be added on.
- In the event that you wish to rebook our stay within the allowable clause for rebooking, please eMail us at zenvea.inquiry@gmail.com immediately. In order for rebooking to be valid, you should receive confirmation eMail from us.
- NO SHOW: for guest who do not arrive within 24 hours of the check in date, total payment made will be forfeited. Rebooking will no longer be allowed.
- If the card owner is not the one staying at the hotel, the guest is required to present clear photocopies of the front (for your privacy, we only need the first 6 and last 4 digits) and back (mask the last 3 digits or your CVV number) of the credit card used, a valid government issued photo ID of the card owner along with an authorization letter stating that the credit card holder has allowed the guest to use his/her card for the reservation.
- All changes or modifications for bookings made thru the travel agency or online travel engine should be escalated to them.
Terms and Conditions
Van Transfers (Airport to Hotel)
- ONE WAY van transfers: Php 250 per head.
- TWO WAY van transfers: Php 500 per head.
- Room Stay: Children 11 years old and below sharing the same bed on booked room configuration will be FREE OF CHARGE
- Breakfast: Children PLATED Add P250.00++ per child per meal per day. BUFFET 6 years old and above (PEAK SEASON) rate Php 300 per child per meal per day.
- Van Transfers: P200.00 per child per way.
- Maximum allowable occupants per room varies depending on Room Type. Room rates are good for 2 Guest per room except for the following room types: Quadruple Room (4 guests), Triple Room ((3 guests), Family Suite (4 guests).
- EXTRA PERSON FEE is: Php. 1,800 per head per night, daily breakfast included. For Re-opening Promo Php 1,500 per head per night. For High Season Promo Php 1,800 per head per night.
