- Cancellations: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancellations.
- Credit for Future Stay: In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we offer a full credit that can be applied to a future stay within the following 12 months from the original arrival date. To be eligible for the credit, we require notification of cancellation at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival.

- Check-In/Check-Out:
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
- Alcohol Consumption:
- For the comfort and safety of all guests, alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited within any public area inside the main building of Ivel’s Bed and Breakfast.
- Parking:
- Free parking is available for guests at Ivel's Bed and Breakfast. However, please note that vehicles are parked at the owner's risk, and Ivel's Bed and Breakfast assumes no liability for theft or damage to vehicles or their contents.
- Car Rentals:
- Car rental services are available upon request. Please let us know in advance for assistance in arranging car rentals during your stay.
- Payment Options:
- We accept payment via credit card or bank transfers. Payment is due two weeks prior to arrival date and any additional charges incurred during your stay will be settled upon check-out.
- Meal Options:
- Lunch and dinner are available for purchase with a 24 hour notice. Please inform our staff of your dining preferences and any dietary restrictions at least 24 hours in advance.
- Fishing:
- Fishing enthusiasts will delight in the opportunity to fish in front of Ivel’s Bed and Breakfast. Guests are welcome to enjoy fishing in this picturesque location. Charters are also available for booking with an experienced bonefishing guide that we can recommend.
- Additional Charges:
- Any additional services or amenities not included in the room rate, such as meals, car rentals, or guided tours, will be charged accordingly.
- Guest Responsibilities:
- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property during their stay and will be charged for repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests and adhere to any quiet hours or regulations set by Ivel’s Bed and Breakfast.
- Liability:
- Ivel’s Bed and Breakfast shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, unless such loss, damage, or injury is a result of negligence on the part of Ivel’s Bed and Breakfast.
