In case of the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your stay, please read the following policy
Any cancellation received within 60 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the booking value
Any cancellation received within 30 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value
Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy)
We are a small boutique hotel and depend highly on advance bookings hence we cannot be flexible with this policy.

Harding Boutique Hotels are not liable to any theft, damage, health issues or any other events that may happen to the guest or it's company. It is the guests responsibility to hold the necessary insurance to cover any such theft, damage, injury during the stay or during any activities during the stay.
Harding Boutique Hotel Ahangama has been architecturally designed featuring a master grand staircase from ground to rooftop therefore and does not facilitate an elevator.
Our friendly staff will ferry all baggage up and down the stairs at all times.
