has a bar, common areas, games room and movie lounge for use for hotel guests.

continental breakfast buffet is available every morning in the hotel restaurant
and is included in the room rate.
With
the ski school and ski hire shop in the same building, the nursery slope nearby
and car parking included immediately in front of the hotel there is no easier
place to spend your family ski break or weekend.

Reservation Policy
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card provided in full 7 days prior to your arrival.The Standard Booking price includes the following:
- Towels, bed linen and hairdryer
- Continental buffet breakfast served in the hotel restaurant between 7.30am and 09.30am
- Cleaning before and after your stay (daily cleaning is available upon request)
- All hotel amenities and facilities as mentioned on our website pages and in our correspondence
- Wi-fi Internet
Important: When you make a reservation, you are booking a room type (not a specific room). Each room type includes rooms of similar size and equipment, however, interior design can be different. Reservations will be taken and confirmed without payment, with the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking being charged in full 7 days prior to arrival. We will process your booking within 24 hours of receiving your request. Please note, your booking has not been made or verified until you receive a confirmation email from ops@campsuisse.com.
The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we have not received any payment. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after canceling your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Rarely can we make any exceptions to this. Our receptionists are instructed to follow this policy and rules. So to save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe the following:- If the guest cancels more than 7 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance and more than 2 days in advance, 50% of the payment is non-refundable.
- If the guest cancels 2 days or less in advance, 100% of the payment is non-refundable.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
- In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
- There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest must send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: ops@campsuisse.com
- All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been canceled.
Check-in / Check-out
You can check-in any time between 3PM and 10PM local time. Keys will be available from inside the hotel. For check-ins after 10pm please contact us on ops@campsusse.com or by calling + (41) 77 267 31 66 to arrange an alternative. Any balance due is payable on arrival at check-in time. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and security deposit pre-authorization for the room/apartment has been received and approved. A room key is provided at check-in time after the full rental amount has been settled. The cost of any keys needing replacement will be taken from the deposit. A valid photo ID is required upon check-in. During the check-in process, our staff will provide you with any information which may be required during your stay such as the location of near-by shops, good places where you can eat, sights you may like to see, places to go at night, etc. Always ask our receptionist for anything that would make your stay more enjoyable and convenient.You can check-out any time up until 10AM by local time. Later check-out times may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability and on how busy we are.
At check-out time please leave your keys at the hotel reception or bar. Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room is usually made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room/apartment is occupied again.
The security deposit should be released by your credit card issuing bank automatically in 3 workdays, but sometimes only in a 15-21 day period. The security deposit/pre-authorization is not held by Camp Suisse Hotels and we do NOT charge your credit card. Please be aware that bed linen and towels should be placed where they were originally found. The bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and should remain in the room.
Children
One child under 12 years old stays free of charge with an accompanying adult and will be reflected in the room rate, please ask for children’s cots/cribs.We believe the children are our future, but you still have to be 18 years old and present to book a room.

Except for service animals or approved support animals for persons with disabilities, no pets are allowed (even temporarily) anywhere in or about the accommodation area and rooms of the hotel without prior written authorisation from Camp Suisse Hotels.Pets are allowed on a leash inside the hotel restaurant area during the regular opening hours of the resturant.
Parking
Parking for one car per room is available free of charge in the general Les Crosets car park immediately in front of the hotel. You will need to display a badge, issued on arrival showing you are a guest of the Hotel Telecabine. Any additional cars will need to pay 5 CHF per day as per the normal car parking charges in Les Crosets, payable via the parking machine. Additional cars may be able to be included upon request depending on availability).Cars are parked at their own risk and Camp Suisse Hotels accepts no responsibility for cars parked in the area.
Other
Please Note: Immediate termination of the booking agreement is possible if:- More guests stay in the room than agreed.
- The number and names of the people staying in the rooom should be the same as confirmed in the booking. Accommodation for additional guests may be requested
A 50 CHF charge for each additional guest per night will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, without refund, if an unconfirmed number of people stay overnight in the room. - Excessive noise is made in the evening hours or at night. We are a family hotel in a small village. All our guests are asked to respect the property and privacy of the neighbors and to not make any excessive noise between the hours of 22:00 and 08:00. This rule is applied as per Swiss Law so any late and loud partying is not, unfortunately, permitted.
- Camp Suisse Hotels does not allow any pets in the rooms. A 200 CHF fine will be claimed if pets will be accommodated in the hotel rooms
- Camp Suisse Hotels is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal things at the hotel premises.
- The guest is entirely responsible for any damage caused to the hotel, which will be invoiced according to its estimated value and, depending on the case, an estimate of loss of earnings will also be added
- Rights of Third Parties. A person who is not a party to the contract shall not have any rights under or connection with it.
