For Standard Rate bookings; Full payment is due at the time of check-in for all reserved dates.

If you booked the Advanced Booking Rate (ABR), Full payment will be charged to the credit card on file within 48 hrs of your booking.

The non-refundable Pet Fee is $30 per pet, per stay with a maximum of 2 pets per guest room. Only non-aggressive breeds are accepted and there is a 50 lb limit. A pet owner is responsible for his/her pet's behavior, any damage caused by the pet, and clean-up or replacement of any items or areas soiled by the pet. Pets must be on a leash while outside of rooms and in common areas. Pets must be crated if they are left unattended in the guest room. If a pet is in a guest room, then the pet owner must be present for any room cleaning or maintenance. Pet owners will be responsible for any and all damages caused by their pet and accept all liability.   

Any damages to the property or items in the room will be charged to your credit card. We will also charge for missing items in the room including but not limited to pictures, lamps, bedding, towels, remotes, TV's, batteries, $25 for keys and other items. 

f you need any dishes, glasses or pots our lobby kitchen is now available to guests via a door lock key pad 24/7. Your confirmation email will contain this information and our staff can provide the code during front office operating hours. Room doors automatically lock behind you, so please keep your keys with you. 

• I authorize the Antelope Lodge to charge my credit card for all costs incurred during my stay including any items damaged or removed from my room.  The Antelope Lodge assumes no responsibility for loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables.  We are nor responsible for items left in the room or automobile.
• Guests with non-cancellable/ advance purchase reservations will be liable for the full duration of their original booking.
• Base Rate bookings have up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to the start of stay to change or cancel the reservation. After the 3 day (72 hour) window you will be charged 50% of your entire stay. If cancellation is made within 24 hours the full amount of the reservation is due.
• Special promotion rates can not be combined with any other special rate and are based on the base rate only. 
• Group bookings must pay a 50% deposit and must have all rooms paid and accounted for 30 days prior to stay or the guest booking the group/event will be responsible for 100% of the reserved rooms.
• In the event of no-show, a full stay (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation or as per any revised conditions of booking as per the offer.
• Check-in is 3:00 PM. Check-out 11:00 AM. An early or late fee is available at 25.00 per room and is subject to availability.
• In keeping with our heightened security procedures, we request you to provide your photo-identity proof while checking-in.
• No parties are allowed in the Guest rooms or on Thunderbird Hotel property.
• Events can be arranged through Guest Services and are subject to property event rental fees.
• Visitors are not permitted in the guest room after 12:00 Midnight.
•  Guest passes for the pool can be purchased at Thunderbird Hotel in Marfa, TX reception for 10.00 each.
• Hotel reserves the right to send guests away from the Hotel due to their conduct and behavior or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by Hotel employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests.
• Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the Hotel at any point of time.
• If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerance to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is not Hotel’s responsibility to advise Hotel management prior to arrival.
• The use of tobacco products is prohibited in rooms. Guess found in the act or with evidence of smoking will incur a 250.00 fine per occurrence, with the exception of outdoor smoking areas.
• If room keys are lost there will be a $25.00 charge per key.
• The Antelope Lodge reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
• You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and your stay in the Hotel.
• The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
• The Hotel does not accept any liability for any failure by the Hotel to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel’s Standard Terms and Conditions in respect of their reservation / stay at the Hotel.

We DO NOT accept cash, only credit/debit card even for our retail space.

All guest rooms are non-smoking. A $250 fee will be added for smoking in the rooms. Thank you!
