The Gateway Inn is a 50-room economy motel that offers guests a good pit stop at affordable rates, while also offering long terms guests modern services to make their extended stay affordable and enjoyable. All guests have access to shared Walmart and Door Dash delivery to reduce fees. We are located a few blocks from the interstate and are walking distance to many chain restaurants (Chic-Fil-A, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse), a family-owned grocery and other businesses (spas, spirits and gas). The motel is under new ownership and rooms are currently being renovated. We have made alot of progress in the 6 1/2 months since taking over and will continue to surprise and amaze any guest who is intrigued with the complete turn around. I am excited to say that we have a lot of accommodation's that our competitors do not offer. Come see for yourself what the fuss is all about!!

Terms and Conditions
Check In Policy:
- To check in to hotel, requires state valid ID or driver's license.
- Only the registered guests will be given the hotel key in person, no exceptions.
- Checkout time is 11am and check out after 12pm you will be charged for full days.
- All pets must be declared at check in. No more than 2 well behaved dogs are permitted at no additional charge. No aggressive breeds allowed. Guests with pets require room service every day, no exception.
- I agree to be charged a pet fee if I am checking in with a pet: $15.00/Nightly or $25/Weekly. All animals must remain on a leash and under control at all times, aggressive or free animals are not permitted. You may be responsibly for a cleaning fee if the animal causes any damages.
- I agree to be charged a fee of $50.00 for the loss of a hotel room key. You must return the key to the front desk upon check out or in the drop box outside the office.
- I agree to be charged a $50.00 incidental deposit, returned to the guest on checkout.
- I agree that if I smoke in a non-smoking room or have a pet without disclosing it to the front desk staff that a cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged.
- Vehicle must be registered with the front desk.
- No person(s) shall loiter in or on the hotel property or parking lot, in or around the building, including breezeways, doorways, or stairwells, either on foot or in any conveyance, being driven or parked there on.
- Smoking is prohibited in exterior breezeways or doorways 25ft of any guest. A cleaning fee for smoking in a nonsmoking room is $100. Cleaning fee for smoking in the breezeway is $25.
- Leaving a room excessively messy is not allowed. In such cases you will be asked to check out immediately. And a cleaning fee of $100 will be asked upon check out (the charge for messy rooms or damaged items is at hotels discretion).
- Maximum of 2 people in a room with 1 bed, 4 people with 2 (no visitors after dark). You are waving your credit card rights, the price may vary depending on the number of guests.
- Staff may have access to your room for cleaning and service. This may not be denied or you will have to check out.
- I agree that I am a transient occupant of this lodging and weekly rates don't establish permanent residence.
- I understand and agree forgoing terms and conditions.
- By agreeing to these terms, I authorize the hotel to charge my credit card or keep my deposit associated with my stay. Refusal is a violation of hotel policy.
