By making a reservation with The SulMare villas, you accept the cancellation and no-show (if you do not show up) conditions which may affect your reservation or your stay. Cancellations of reservations can only be made free of charge if they are made 14 days prior to the arrival date; otherwise you will forfeit 100% of the reservation total.
No Shows (if you do not show up) forfeit 100% of the reservation total.
One year credit will be issued due to force majeure reasons.
Modification of Reservations: Changes to reservations are subject to availability.
No refund or credit will be issued in case the customer leaves prior to check-out date.
