All room rates prices are for cash and bank transfer only. Credit Card and/or Paypal payments are subject to an additional 10% charge on top of the room rate pricing. Please note that your reservation at Hotel Boutique Nazo in Manta, Ecuador is non-refundable. A 50% deposit must be placed to continue the booking process. If you cancel or modify your reservation or if you do not show up, the 50% deposit will be forfeited. If you make a booking 24 hours before the date of stay, a 50% deposit must be made right away. If the booking is for a future date, a 50% deposit must be made within 24 hours. Failure to make a deposit will result in the cancellation of the booking.
If you are a company making a booking, it is your responsibility to contact the hotel beforehand to inquire about retention payment amounts and additional services. Failure to do so may result in assuming all extra charges. It is very important that when making a booking for a company, you send us the company's information including the company name and RUC number via WhatsApp or to our front desk email before the booking is made. This will ensure that the bill is correctly reflected with the company's information.
Please be informed that our standard check-out time is 12:00 p.m. (noon). If you choose to check out after this time, additional fees will be applied to your account, starting at $10.00. These fees are in place to ensure the timely preparation of rooms for incoming guests.
We are a Pet Friendly hotel. Extra rate per night aditionally for a Pet is $5.00. Pet must be kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel property unless in the guest’s room. Guest is responsible for cleaning up after the pet on hotel grounds and properly disposing of the waste in the outside dumpster or as otherwise designated. Guests are responsible for all property damage (including and not limited to accommodation rooms) and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any damages.
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any lost items or damages that may occur on the Hotel premises, including but not limited to rooms, common areas, and parking lots. We highly recommend that you make use of the safe box provided in each room. Additionally, we are not liable for any accidents or injuries sustained by guests, including adults, children, or pets, due to their own negligence or acts of others on hotel premises.
