- Full Refund: Available only within 24 hours after the booking is completed (refer to GRACE PERIOD below)
- Partial Refund: A 50% refund is offered for cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival.
- No Refund: No refund is provided for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
No-Show Policy
- No refunds will be issued if a guest fails to check in without prior notice.
Grace Period
- Guests have a 24-hour grace period after booking, during which cancellations or changes can be made free of charge.
- This grace period applies only if the reservation is made at least one week prior to check-in.
- For bookings made within one week of check-in, the grace period does not apply, and the standard cancellation policy takes effect immediately.
Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Policy and Cancellation Policy:
- As outlined in the applicable rate plan.
- A maximum of 6 adults, 4 kids (below 12 y.o) and 3 infants is allowed per stay.
- Smoking is permitted only in open areas. A fine of Rp 1,500,000 will be imposed for smoking inside the villa (bedrooms and bathrooms).
- Parties are strictly prohibited. A fine of Rp 5,000,000 will be charged for hosting a party on the property.
- Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Charges for damages will be applied accordingly.
By completing a booking, guests agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
