In 2022, renovations began to revive the space to contribute to the popularity of historic Downtown Scottsbluff as a destination for people to gather together for dining, shopping & entertainment. First and Second floors show historic character with office suites on 2nd for local businesses, 3rd floor features 6, modern extended stay studio Suites which opened in 2024, and 4th floor will be a Penthouse space for a single-family residence.
