21 Day Cancellation Rate: The guest needs to pay 50% of the total charge in advance for reservation. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 21 days before arrival. The guest can either provide a valid credit card or transfer the funds to the hotel’s account via bank transfer or UPI. The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival without any penalty where any advance amount would be fully refunded to the guest’s account via bank transfer or UPI. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 21 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Please note:1. During unforeseen situations such as a force majeure, you would receive a voucher for the advance deposit if you have booked under a non-refundable rate. Free cancellation booking would receive a full refund to the original payment method.

2. In the case of a government mandated lockdown, you would receive a full refund to the original payment method regardless of the type of booking.

We would contact the guest immediately if there is an invalid* credit card. In that case, guest would need to provide an alternate valid credit card within 12-24 hours of booking or the guest would need to transfer the required amount via bank transfer.

Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Check-in 2:00 PM; Check-out 12:00 PM.
  2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry an additional charge of INR ₹2000
  3. A security deposit of INR ₹2000 is mandatory at the time of check-in. It will duly be returned at the time of check-out if there are no instances. Foreign currency cannot be taken as a cash deposit unless exchanged into the local currency at the existing Hotel rates and the balance returned in local currency.
  4. Valid Government-issued ID Cards are compulsory for all room guests at the time of check-in. This includes Passport, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, and Election Commission ID Card.
  5. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to make a booking.
  6. For arrivals at the Hotel before 08:00 hrs, the reservation needs to be made & held from the previous night. If you would like to extend your check-out time, please contact the reception desk. For departures after 18:00 hrs, the reservation will be extended to the next day.
  7. Please note that in case you decide to depart earlier than expected, the Hotel will charge for the full stay reserved and booked
  8. If the stay dates are in-between/overlapping 22nd Dec to 04th Jan, the booking is Non-cancellable, non-refundable, prepaid and non-amendable. These bookings will also be charged fully in advance, irrespective of the type of booking.
  9. Max. Occupancy on Deluxe and King Room is 3, Superior Triple Room is 4, Quadruple room is 5, Twin Villa and King Suite is 6. This includes adults and children combined.
  10. The hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
  11. This reservation is not transferable. No name change is allowed.
  12. Persons aged 6 and above are considered adults.
  13. Extra mattress: People no matter the age is charged INR ₹1500 per mattress, per night as long as the max room occupancy is maintained.
  14. No Pets allowed on the property.
  15. Please avoid smoking inside the rooms. Smoking is permitted only in the sit-out area and on open grounds. A fee of INR ₹2000 for cleaning and deodorizing the room and furniture may apply for smoking inside any Hotel room. Using incense, candles or any form of open flame is not permitted in any Hotel room.

Food and beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Face coverings are required in all public spaces at our hotel. Guests are also strongly advised to maintain social distance of at least 2 m. (6 ft.) between non-family members.
  21. The hotel reserves the right to send guests away from the hotel due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety, security and medical reasons. This applies in particular, if guests do not observe instructions given by hotel employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests.
  22. We reserve the right to refuse you or any of your visitors, entry to the Hotel and cancel your Accommodation if, on arrival, we consider that you or your visitors are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.
  23. The guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the hotel at any point of time.
  24. Any guests noticed to be doing anything illegal and contrary to law will be punishable.
  25. The guests are also advised to keep their valuables and belongings in their custody unless the details of such valuables and/or belongings are explicitly disclosed and delivered to the hotel for safe custody.
  26. Neatness and hygiene should be adequately maintained by the guest. The guest should always adhere to the safety, security and hygiene advice duly provided by the hotel and should avoid breaching the same. The guest will be solely responsible for any such violation if identified.
  27. All the assets and valuables of the hotel should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. The hotel has the discretion to levy any charges in future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the hotel (both movable and immovable) have been done or caused by the guest.
  28. If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerance to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is the individual's responsibility to advise hotel management before arrival.
  29. In case the items you wish to store in the hotel’s safe are exceptionally valuable you must notify the hotel before storing. The hotel may refuse to store this kind of valuables.
  30. The management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained and we ask that our guests do also. The hotel takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.
  31. Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept in a secure location for one (1) month. Thereafter items are either disposed of or donated to charity. The hotel accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals in relation to lost property. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after check out are only held until the close of business that day.
  32. Claimed items can be collected from the hotel with valid identification or the hotel can arrange postage on behalf of the guest at their expense. The hotel uses the service offered by Indian Post entitled Cash on Delivery (COD). The hotel accepts no responsibility for items sent via post once the item has been delivered to the local post office.
  33. We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the Hotel does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.
  34. The transport to the airport is provided as an ancillary service and the Hotel does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, death, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused to the guests during such transits.
  35. All activities on the beach are provided by third-party vendors and the Hotel does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, death, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused to the guests during such activities.
  36. You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and your stay in the hotel.
  37. The hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the hotel.
  38. No contract will subsist between you and the hotel or any of its affiliates in respect of any services or products offered through the website unless and until the hotel accepts your order by e‐mail or automated confirmation through the website confirming that it has accepted your reservation, booking or order and any such contract shall be deemed to incorporate the hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking and any other relevant terms and conditions relating to particular services or products as set out in the website (“Conditions”).
  39. The hotel does not accept any liability for any failure by the hotel to comply with the Conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If the hotel waives any rights available to it under the Conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion. If any of the Conditions are invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining Conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.
  40. You are completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of the website.
  41. A guest will indemnify the hotel towards all their acts and deeds during the time of their stay in the hotel.
  42. A guest will undertake that they are free from any contagious diseases and epidemic/pandemic diseases during their visit and stay at the Hotel.
  43. The hotel may, at its absolute discretion, reserve the right to modify or cancel a reservation if the hotel believes that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete, or the guest has engaged in fraudulent, illegal or other inappropriate activity or the reservation contains or results from fraud, mistake or error.
  44. You do not acquire the right to the availability of a specific room. The Hotel reserves the right to substitute your booking for a similar or a better room category at the Hotel or to relocate your booking to another hotel of the same or higher standard, at no additional cost to you, if the room category specified in your booking is unavailable.
  45. By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the hotel's standard terms and conditions of stay.
  46. In case of any dispute with any of the terms of the hotel, the court of appropriate jurisdiction located where the hotel is situated will have the exclusive jurisdiction to handle such disputes.
