Terms and ConditionsPRICES 1.1 The published rate corresponds to the value per night per room, including breakfast and dinner without beverage. We do not have additional beds to add to the rooms.1.2 The accommodation rate does not include the TAX of 21% 1.3. Non-Residents are exempt from TAX on accommodation, but 21% is applied on dinner, which is set at 20USD. 1.4. The dinner service is for guests only. 1.5 The rate includes WIFI Internet connection in the common and private areas.1.6 The rate does NOT include laundry service, consumptions, national and international phone calls, or other services not specified in the rate. 2. RECEPTION Check in time limit is 22hs. 2.1 After that time we cannot guarantee dinner service, it will be served or not according to our possibilities. 2.2 Check-in is from 3:00 pm, check-out is until 12:00 pm. Late check out can only be done according to availability. If you do not check-out after 12:00 pm and there is no prior communication with reception communicating any eventuality that prevents you from making such check-out, the value of the next night will be charged to your bill as a penalty. 3. CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS 3.1 All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult who by legal means can guarantee their relationship with the minor, in the case of a third party, must present a letter signed by both parents of the minor authorizing their accompaniment, if either parent is absent must attach supporting document. PETS 4.1 For strictly operational reasons, pets are not allowed.5. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS 5.1 Reservations are validated through our booking engine or associated OTAs and require a credit card as a guarantee. 5.1 Lagos del Furioso reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.6. CANCELLATION POLICY 6.1 The customer can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 60 days before the arrival date. If cancelled between 60 and 30 days prior to the arrival date, the client will have to pay 50% of the total price. If cancelled between 30 to 15 days before the arrival date, the client will have to pay 75% of the total price. If the client cancels outside these deadlines, the client will have to pay the total price. 6.2 In case of cancellation due to force majeure, please contact us at info@lagosdelfurioso.com, sending the relevant documentation. We will do our best to solve your case. 6.3 In case of no-show on the date of your reservation, 100% of the amount will be charged.6.4 In case of requesting an early departure, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be charged, unless the departure corresponds to a case of force majeure which must be supported and 50% of the total outstanding amount of the reservation will be charged. 7. PRIVACY POLICY 7.1 LAGOS DEL FURIOSO has information of natural persons in various databases which are acquired in pursuit of its corporate purpose and in execution of its economic activity, acting as the Responsible and / or processor of personal data contained in their databases. Consequently, LAGOS DEL FURIOSO collects, stores, uses, transmits, transfers and deletes personal data of natural persons with whom it has some kind of relationship, whatever its nature (civil, commercial and/or labor); among which are included, but not limited to, guests, customers, suppliers, contractors, employees, creditors, and debtors. Such personal data are used for the following purposes: to contact the Holders, offer services and products and campaigns LAGOS DEL FURIOSO, inform them about activities to be carried out by LAGOS DEL FURIOSO, send communications, as well as advance future updates of the same, and other activities that are necessary in the normal development of our corporate purpose as for the purposes determined in the Privacy Policy and Processing of Personal Data. The CLIENT declares to accept the present general conditions of contracting and such acceptance is ratified by means of one or any of the following acts: a) The payment of the contracted services before the beginning of the provision of the services; b) The issuance of a reservation with a Guarantee card for the provision of the Services; c) The acceptance of the invoice of the contracted services directly by the CLIENT or by any person dependent on him or related to him directly or indirectly; d) By the use of any portion of the contracted services. 9. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY 9.1 LAGOS DEL FURIOSO does not guarantee the availability or continuity of the services made available to the user, so it excludes any liability for damages and / or losses that may result from the lack of availability or continuity of its website and the services offered by this means, however every effort will be made to the extent possible to provide technical assistance to the affected user, as well as trying to restore as soon as possible the interruption or offering an alternative means. 9.2 LAGOS DEL FURIOSO is not obliged to control and does not control in advance the absence of viruses or elements in the contents that may cause alterations in the software or hardware of users who visit the website and our social networking accounts, so it will NOT be liable for damages of any kind that may arise from them.9 .3 If LAGOS DEL FURIOSO, despite acting with due foresight and diligence, can not provide the contracted rooms for reasons not attributable to them and if there is impossibility of providing them under the agreed conditions, LAGOS DEL FURIOSO will offer the customer the possibility of operating for the full refund of the amount canceled in the reservation or its replacement by another similar room in terms of category and quality.  10. MISCELLANEOUS 10.1 Loss of keys - In case of loss of room access keys or energy control card, a penalty to be determined in due time will be charged.10.1 Penalty for smoking in enclosed areas : Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas of the hotel, including the room. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a penalty of 50% of the daily room rate, which will be charged to your lodging bill.10.3 Reasonable use of sound equipment: The use of sound equipment must be done at a low volume without interrupting the tranquility of other guests, its use is prohibited after 9pm. Failure to comply with this clause may result in the immediate expulsion of the guest from the establishment without the right to reimbursement or claim. 10.4 The parking service is free of charge in the hotel facilities, you must use the demarcated areas for parking.10.5. LAGOS DEL FURIOSO is not responsible for valuables that have not been declared at the time of check-in and that are under the permanent custody of the Hotel during the entire stay, in order to protect the valuables of the guest, safety deposit boxes are available. 10.6. In the event of any problem or claim, we have a procedure for handling Petitions, Complaints, Claims and Requests, which specifies that any PQRS expressed verbally to the personnel assigned to this function or by means of a communication will be treated and answered.
