- 7 to 30 days before arrival: rental deposit will be forfeited.

No Cash Policy for Rooms
Oakwood Resort has adopted the following policy for all transactions regarding payments for our Resort Rooms. Effective Date 02/05/2023: Oakwood Resort no longer accepts cash payments for hotel rooms. Payments must be in the form of a valid Visa/MasterCard/Discover, etc.
Any exceptions to this policy are by managerial discretion.
Pet Policy
Oakwood Resort is a pet-friendly hotel that understands pets are an extension of your family. Up to two dogs are allowed per room at a $50 fee per night. Additional dogs may be allowed at an additional $50 fee per night for each pet, subject to pre-approval. These policies also apply to cats, but the fee is $100 per night due to allergens and cleaning requirements.
- Fees do not apply to licensed service dogs
- Pets are not permitted in the vacation cabins or the Pier & Back Porch restaurant
- Pets must be on a controlled leash at all times when outside the guest room
- Pets are not to be left unattended for extended periods of time
- Please clean up after your pet. Waste bags may be available at the front desk
