Our property is located in the woods, right by the shores of the Fuy River just 900 meters away from the small town of Neltume. You will be right in the middle of the Huilo Huilo Natural Reservoir .
There´s plenty of outdoor activities to be enjoyed in the area such as trekking in the ¨Bosque de los ciervos¨ (Deer Forest) and many hiking trails, There is the Volcano Museum, a few hotels in the area or you may simple relax and enjoy the Fuy river and its wilderness.

Terms and Conditions
In our establishment, the balance of your account must be settled at check-in. Additional charges (such as hot tubs) must be paid the night before check-out.
For one-night stays, the full rate must be prepaid (including the hot tub, if applicable). Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Departures until 2:00 PM will incur a 50% charge of the rack rate. Check-outs after 2:00 PM will incur a 100% charge of the rack rate. Late check-out is subject to cabin availability.
Early departures are non-refundable. If payment has not been arranged, the total stay must be paid.
Refund policy for reservation payments applies in all cases for cancellations made up to 72 hours before check-in. The same period applies for date changes. Reservations made within the 72-hour window are non-refundable, except for date changes. This is subject to availability, and in the event of a rate change, the current rate at the new check-in date will prevail.
Prices published on our website include tax (VAT). We are not responsible for prices published on other platforms.
We do not accept or recognize online payments from abroad through international platforms unless they have been pre-arranged. Similarly, for passengers already registered as non-residents in Chile, only cash or valid bank cards in this country are accepted as forms of payment.
Except for the accommodation price per night specified at the time of booking, the price of other services (such as hot tubs, excursions, or any other) may vary between the time of booking and the time of the stay. In such cases, the prevailing price at the time of check-in will apply.
The service does not include breakfast or any other food. There is no TV or Wi-Fi in the cabins. Entel and Movistar signals are good for internet use.
Service hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. During this period, cleaning is done, hot tubs are prepared, cabin fires are maintained (if requested), and other specific needs that may arise are addressed.
Heating is done with wood; we provide the firewood. During service hours, stoves are tended to prevent them from going out. After this, it is the guest's responsibility to maintain cabin heating.
The heating system is not designed for drying clothes. Do not leave clothes, pillows, cushions, or any objects near or on the stove (day or night) as they can catch fire. Do not leave the stove with the draft at full intensity if you leave the cabin.
Maid service does not include dishwashing. You can request it as a separate service for a fee of $5,000 per event.
Each cabin has an exclusive hot tub for the use of cabin occupants. It is not included in the accommodation price and has an additional cost of $39,000 per use (people usually use it for 4 hours). It must be requested via WhatsApp or through a staff member with at least 24 hours' notice. This is a dedicated service, and once its preparation has begun, it will be added to your bill and charged in any case. Passengers are not allowed to prepare the hot tub themselves. If a passenger decides to prepare a hot tub independently, they must pay its cost ($39,000).
Before using a hot tub, be cautious and check the water temperature, as it could cause burns. You can adjust it using the cold water tap in the hot tub. Do not touch the stove. Hot tubs can be a safety risk for young children; do not leave children unattended.
Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins.
You must maintain non-invasive and respectful behavior towards other guests. We reserve the right to terminate the stay if necessary in the event of a complaint, with no refund of the fee.
Children sleeping with parents do not pay. The regular rate applies if they sleep in their own bed. For babies, a crib is available at no cost (subject to availability).
The information you provide will not be shared with third parties, except when officially required by authorities.
The rate indicated corresponds to the number of guests declared at the time of booking. Additional persons are subject to availability and/or the physical capacity of the facilities, and must be reported to the administration, incurring an additional charge.
Installation and/or use of electronic appliances or devices using electricity, including stoves, refrigerators, cooking centers, televisions, etc., are not permitted. Charging car batteries or other electric items is also not allowed. Connecting personal computers and phone chargers to the electrical network is allowed.
Misuse or malicious use of facilities or furniture and utensils, as well as damage or loss of these, are the responsibility of the guest and will be charged at the commercial value plus a surcharge for transportation at check-out.
It is your responsibility to keep the cabin locked when you are not in it.
We are not responsible for valuable items not declared at check-in.
Pets are allowed with an extra charge of $12,000 per night and the restriction that the pet cannot be left alone in the cabin.
The river and surrounding areas are wild and not suitable for swimming. Any activities you engage in should consider the risks and are your responsibility. Do not leave children unsupervised, as they could get lost in the surrounding rural area.
