Reservation Policy

Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned.
Your booking is confirmed after we recive the Pre-Payment Deposit.
Ahoy SurfHouse has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking.

Activities Conditions

The Customer acknowledges that there are inherent dangers both apparent and hidden associated with surfing. The Customer’s participation in the surf and other associated activities may involve injury. No refund will be made in case of an accident or other injury during the stay.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Ahoy SurfHouse has no control of the weather and ocean conditions. If the weather/ocean conditions do not allow us to surf, they will be rescheduled on another day. If Ahoy SurfHouse is not able to provide you all your prepaid lessons during your stay due to lack of weather/ocean conditions, Ahoy SurfHouse will not refund the value of the surf lessons that were not provided. In this case Ahoy SurfHouse is able to offer other services in the hotel for the same value.
Ahoy SurfHouse reserves the exclusive right to decide if beach, weather and ocean conditions (or other factors) make the surf unsafe and have the right to terminate at any time without refund.
If you travel with your own surf equipment, it should be stored inside our surf rack. Dripping wetsuits and surfboards are only allowed in the surfing area or outside. No wetsuits are allowed to be hanging on the room’s balcony or toilets
If the activity instructor suspects the Customer under any influence of alcohol or drugs. Ahoy SurfHouse has the right to exclude the Customer from the surf without refund.
The Customer hereby declares that the Customer does not suffer from any medical condition which may prevent the Customer undertaking activities.
Each Customer participates in Ahoy SurfHouse activities at his or her own risk.
Ahoy SurfHouse is by law excluded from any liability to the Customer and is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury caused during the stay at Ahoy SurfHouse

Group Reservations till 10 people.

30% deposit of the total value of the booking needs to be paid to confirm the reservation. Latest 7 days after the booking.
The remaining 70% needs to be paid latest 30 days before the arrival date if not Ahoy SurfHouse will cancel the reservation.
If the customer cancels the reservation more than 60 days prior to check in date Ahoy SurfHouse will refund the full value of the 30% deposit paid by the customer.
If the customer cancels the reservation within 30 days prior to the check in date no refund will be made by Ahoy SurfHouse
