Terms and Conditions

- Check-in time is from 1500 hours (GMT+8) and check-out time is by 1200 hours (GMT+8).
- Minimum stay requirement is 3 consecutive months. All guests are required to sign service agreement.
- 5% deposit payment is required upon completion of booking and non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- First month balance payment and 1 month security deposit is required before move in.
- Utility allowance is at $150 Nett/month.
- Occupiers must have valid passes such as work pass or visa except for visa- exempted countries
- Weekly housekeeping.
- Parking is available, subject to availability.
- The management reserves the right to charge the guest a rectifying amount for any damage/soil to the property. 
- Pest control management will be carried out on every last Thursday of the month.
