Property and Cancelation Policies :
All bookings are non-refundable. Amendment of dates is subject to approval.
Terms and Conditions
- Check-in time is from 1500 hours (GMT+8) and check-out time is by 1200 hours (GMT+8).
- Minimum stay requirement is 3 consecutive months. All guests are required to sign service agreement.
- 5% deposit payment is required upon completion of booking and non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Outstanding payment, including 1 month security deposit will be billed to client with a given deadline after booking is made. Fail to make payment by stipulated deadline, booking will be cancelled and deposit paid will be forfeited.
- Occupiers must have valid passes such as work pass or visa except for visa- exempted countries. If you do not have a long term visa to stay in Singapore or just hold a social visit pass for 1 month, a full payment for the whole duration is required.
- Weekly housekeeping.
- Utility allowance is capped at $150/month. Guests are to bear the excessive fee.
- Parking is chargeable $150+/month, subject to availability.
- The management reserves the right to charge the guest a rectifying amount for any damage/soil to the property.
- Pest control management will be carried out on every last Thursday of the month.
