Property and Cancelation Policies :
CONFIRMATION: No arrival (No Show) or Early Departure: If for any reason the guest is NOT PRESENT or leaves the premises BEFORE the departure date, the corresponding amount of the reservation payment WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellation will be subject to 100% reimbursement if you notify AT ALL in the following periods:

Green Season: 30 days
High Season: 60 days
Holy Week, Christmas and New Year Season: 90 days

In case of canceling even ONE DAY after the period mentioned above, NO REFUND will be processed. If the hotel is able to sell the room according to the reservation made (understand the same type of room requested); if it succeeds, 50% of the amount corresponding to the reservation will be refunded to the customer.

Payments: Reservations must always be paid before the client arrives, depending on the season, as follows:

Green Season: 30 days
High Season: 60 days
Christmas and New Year Season: 90 days

All payments, deposits and / or transfers of reservations must be immediately notified in writing to our reservations office. Any reservation for CHRISTMAS SEASON AND END OF THE YEAR will require a 60% non-refundable deposit at the time the reservation is made. The remaining 40% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid 90 days prior to the arrival of the guest, also NON-REFUNDABLE. In any case, the reservation will be canceled immediately without notification when the payment is not received on time.
Terms and Conditions

POLICIES RESPECT: Respect yourself, respect each other, respect the land and property. Smoking is not allowed onsite. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am. Clean all public areas, like the shared kitchen, after use.

PRICES AND TAXES: All room rates will have a government mandated 13% value added tax applied to the listed rate.

CHECK IN AND OUT AND PAYMENT: We recommend completing your check-in online at tevacr.com/checkin - Full payment must be received before or upon check-in. There is no room credit available. A key deposit of $10 or 5.000 colones will be collected to cover lost keys, and any damages will be taken from this deposit. Any additional damages will be charged above the amount of the deposit.

PARKING: There is free parking available. The hotel does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen items left in your car. Nor do we take responsibility for any damage caused by you to other vehicles or by other vehicles/other people to your vehicle. You are welcome to use the parking lot at your own risk. If you do not agree with this risk, you are welcome to park off-site.

TRAVELING WITH MINORS: Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and they are only alowed in private rooms.

ACCESIBILITY: For those with a wheelchair or mobility needs, we offer the room type Suite - Accessible.

RESTAURANT: Our restaurant Azulëo offers a full breakfast menu. Meals are not included in the stay.
1. The Azuleo Restaurant has a schedule from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm (the kitchen closes at 9:00 pm)
2. Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am
3. The pool hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm
4. The reception hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm
5. Check-in time (entry) 3:00 pm, check-out time (departure) 11:00 am. The rooms that check out late, after this time, will be subject to the charge of one full night of lodging

Guest Obligations:
1. Notify the Hotelier of any damage that arises, and the client will be responsible for the damages that its omission causes, or the Agency if the guest does not cover the cost
2. Keep the room in the good condition in which it was received, and return it in that same state when finished
contract;
3. Follow all rules and regulations
4. The guest must maintain a respectful behavior towards the hotel staff and other clients. Of what on the contrary the hotelier could make the decision to ask the guest to evict the facilities without that this represents a recognition for the amount of the night.
