CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellation will be subject to 100% reimbursement if you notify AT ALL in the following periods:
Green Season: 30 days
High Season: 60 days
Holy Week, Christmas and New Year Season: 90 days
In case of canceling even ONE DAY after the period mentioned above, NO REFUND will be processed. If the hotel is able to sell the room according to the reservation made (understand the same type of room requested); if it succeeds, 50% of the amount corresponding to the reservation will be refunded to the customer.
Payments: Reservations must always be paid before the client arrives, depending on the season, as follows:
Green Season: 30 days
High Season: 60 days
Christmas and New Year Season: 90 days
All payments, deposits and / or transfers of reservations must be immediately notified in writing to our reservations office. Any reservation for CHRISTMAS SEASON AND END OF THE YEAR will require a 60% non-refundable deposit at the time the reservation is made. The remaining 40% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid 90 days prior to the arrival of the guest, also NON-REFUNDABLE. In any case, the reservation will be canceled immediately without notification when the payment is not received on time.
Terms and Conditions
PRICES AND TAXES: All room rates will have a government mandated 13% value added tax applied to the listed rate.
CHECK IN AND OUT AND PAYMENT: We recommend completing your check-in online at tevacr.com/checkin - Full payment must be received before or upon check-in. There is no room credit available. A key deposit of $10 or 5.000 colones will be collected to cover lost keys, and any damages will be taken from this deposit. Any additional damages will be charged above the amount of the deposit.
PARKING: There is free parking available. The hotel does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen items left in your car. Nor do we take responsibility for any damage caused by you to other vehicles or by other vehicles/other people to your vehicle. You are welcome to use the parking lot at your own risk. If you do not agree with this risk, you are welcome to park off-site.
TRAVELING WITH MINORS: Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and they are only alowed in private rooms.
